Ordered from the website and was supposed to receive a confirmation email, didn’t get one. Then when I talked to their customer support they kept replying saying they would “look into it”. A few days after its estimated arrival I called them, and they said the order was cancelled. No reason for why and still haven’t got my refund!
I cannot recommend chief of vapes enough for an all you need vape store. I havent had one single juice or nic salt that is not what it says on the bottle. Some of the juices are even better than the real thing, for example the pear drops! It arrived 6 hours ago and half the bottle is gone 😂 customer satisfaction is 100 percent this companies ethos and they strive to be the best in all ways possible. Kind polite and always go that extra mile for a customer. What more could you want? 💯% recommend 👌

I first encountered chief of vapes at the vaper expo in 2019 and was so impressed with there branding and ethos, most importantly the juice was delish.
I've been ordering salts regularly and have never had any issues, great customer service and fast delivery, such a great range to choose from, I am in love with the banana 🍌 foam 😋
