I realized I ordered wrong in sizing. I repeatedly tried to contact the company. I received the run around with instructions of making an exchange by filling out forms that I could not pull up and no phone contact. I loved the shoe but just wanted the right size. So disappointed because I had interest in other items but not anymore!!! People, expect spending money but no customer satisfaction! RISK,RISK!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It took over a month to receive my order. The shoes are extremely stiff, narrow and small and have a strong chemical smell. Many styles are shown with a buckle closure, but they are actually a fake buckle affixed or glued to a very thin, flimsy strap that goes through a hook, which does not stay on. The company does not honor returns and issues store credit only. They ignore emails and do not respond.

This company has negative customer service. My shoes got stolen by their delivery company called Easy Express or something. I had video footage of the theft. Chiko said it's not their problem and to contact the shipper. The shipper took forever to get back and then said they will refund Chiko and for me to get the money from them. Then Chiko said they need evidence. I sent them the video footage of the theft and now they are asking me for evidence that their shipper said they would refund. NO effort has been made by them to refund or replace the shoes. I have been back and forth for weeks.

The company is a scam. I ordered shoes thinking that since the company( according to their website) is located in Netherlands, the product is also made there. This is not the case. The shoes are made in China, they are of horrible quality and had strong chemical smell. I do not believe they are leather. I returned the shoes and has been waiting for my refund for two weeks now.

The zipper broke on the back of the boots on the third wear (probably 3 hours of wear the entire time). I had to literally cut my foot out of the boots I bought. I spent $140 for that. BUYER BEWARE:This company makes poor-quality products and does not feel accountable to anyone or anything. I suspect they are doing more harm to the planet as well since the boots wreak of glue. Do them and the planet a favor....don't buy anything!

Furthermore, the fact that I had to physically cut the boot off my foot due to the zipper failure underscores the severity of the defect and the inconvenience caused.

Inferior construction that does not withstand basic wear.
A lack of accountability or recourse when products malfunction.

I strongly advise potential customers to avoid purchasing from your brand.
Update: I just paid $80 to get the zippers replaced in my boots by a local cobbler. Plus the original $140 for the boots. Still disappointed and would encourage no one to purchase from this company.

Massive price hike!!!
I bought a pair from these guys in April 2024. The cost AU 127. I just bought the same pair in a different colour (Oct 2024) and they cost $183!!!
Like wow! This is not inflation. This is price gouging. It would be illegal if they were in Australia but sadly they are a Chinese company - hence both the sizing complaints and the fact that they won't do anything about it.

FINALLY one month later from my initial online order I received my shoes. And they are TOO SMALL!!! I’m sure I can figure out how to get them stretched to make them work. But after the super long wait for them and the abysmal customer service, I do not want to go through an exchange. STAY AWAY FROM CHIKO’S SHOES!!! Save your money and frustration.
I was scammed out of £100.69. The courier marked the item as singed for delivered and no one at my address has seen a courier with the parcel. I don’t know where they took it but it wasn’t here. It was a really dodgy looking tracking website and probably wasn’t tracking the delivery at all. The company is so rude and ignorant to my complaint. They are now blocking my emails to them and they don’t have a phone number that directs you to a human - just a voice mail service. It is likely the business is a scam and they don’t actually sell products. Throw your money out of the window instead of giving it to these nasty people.

I’ve purchased 5 pairs of shoes over the last 3 years and have been very happy with the quality of the shoes, as well as my ability to return. Of the 5 pairs I’ve purchased, the 2 returns were due to changing my mind about the style and not concern about the quality or receiving a product that was misrepresented on the website. Sucks so many others have had such bad experiences. Hasn’t been my experience.
This company is scam, they are a drop shipping company that sells insanely cheap product from Bangladesh and pretends to be a boutique.
I've asked for a refund and they make you pay shipping and shoes must be returned within 14 days or you get charged 50% restocking - meaning you basically have to ship priority.
There is a huge ugly logo on the shoes with the brand name "corium shoes" - if you look these up it's a Bangladesh site with all shoes about $10USD, whereas they are charging $115+.
Note they also misrepresent the material as rubber soles and leather upper - these are cheap cheap plastic.

The shoes you sent me have a large logo printed on them saying "corium shoes" as provided in the images I sent your customer service dept. Refer to that email for more information, as I am currently awaiting a response.

These shoes are not made of leather. I ordered the Mackenzie Open Toe Block Heel sandals. They feel great. There is plenty of cushion inside the shoe. They are strong and sturdy. And very comfortable. The other pair are the Kimalena Round Toe Block Heel Sandal. These are also not made in leather. I want to stress this fact, because the sight specifically says these shoes are made of leather. They smell like polyurethane. Maybe the inside of the top of the shoe might be lined in a very thin leather. But I don’t smell any leather. This pair also fits perfectly and is very comfortable to wear. So, I gave 3 stars for the deceptive advertising. They should specify where the leather is, because I didn’t find any. So, I give 5 stars for the unique design, otherwise good quality materials, and comfortability. Since the shoes are not really leather, they should charge a lot less money.

Mmmmm!!! I paid £98 for shoes all in all £119 including shipping. The shoes are like the picture but plasticky, and nails protruding on buckles. I was even scared to wear them out in public just in case they fall apart. Terrible terrible product. I wasted my time scrolling through their website looking at all the nice pictures they display. If you want to buy.. do so at your own peril.
I cannot fault chiko shoes customer service . I received my order within two weeks . I stupidly ordered a sz 7 instead of 7.5 . I contacted them and they told me to reorder the right sz and return the wrong sz which I did . Only thing was to securely return it was £29 . Despite this I received my new order in just over a week and a full refund within the month. Don’t be worried to order just order the right size , the shoes were lovely and great quality leather .
I was fooled by the images that the company shared in this date and time. The quality of the shoes are not worth the price at all. But that is not the issue since I ordered 3 shoes they became a bulk order and they cannot accept return of my order even though the shoe doesn’t fit me. How can a shoe that doesn’t fit me not be accepted for return? I am sending reminder but no feedback at all. I will make sure that people don’t get duped like me
