Excellent
Fast delivery of my order. A few "taster" pouches of another product in the pack as a bonus.
I also contacted ChiliHouse by mail, regarding a product I was having difficulty finding. Very helpfull reply. And inside an hour.
ChiliHouse. Both regarding my order of pepper sauce, and the help to find another product; that's what I call service. Top marks. Nothing less!

Bad service, bad expirering date
Today i was in Chilihouse for the first time. I was so pleased to find a store that had my favourite spice - chili! But...the woman in there was generally grumpy towards me and towards other costumers. I asked about a longer date for some spicing that was due in november this year, she just said what we have is what you get (or something similar). Then I asked for some Rooiboistea wtih chili and as I couldn't reach it she packed it down for me. When I came home and opened the bag I saw that the expiring date is just two months away!! Get somebody else in who knows what service is and I might consider returning as the store is one of a kind!
