Pessimo servizio e prodotti

Dopo aver acquistato dei sali profumati per l’aspirapolvere e averli utilizzati seguendo scrupolosamente le istruzioni riportate, gli stessi hanno causato il danneggiamento dell’elettrodomestico. Purtroppo ora il motore é da sostituire perché i pezzi di sale probabilmente sono andati ad intaccare parti del motore stesso, e non è possibile ripararlo.
Nonostante aver segnalato il danno e i tentativi di mettermi in contatto, non ho mai ricevuto supporto né riscontro dall’azienda. Pessimo servizio clienti e acquisto.

Furchtbar

Trotz mehrfacher Zusage und schon abgerechnet bei Groupon kommt einfach nicht! Unzuverlässig. Besser nicht buchen.
