Worst item ever bought, I bought it February 5th and only arrived on 8th April. When it did arrive, the quality was so bad, the Airpod Packaging was awful, one of the wrapper wasnt on and one of the boxes where damaged. The airpods are also really light and they should be more heavy. The airpods in the case dont even fit properly and theres a big gap when you put the airpods in. The box is no where near a apple box and is just a box with the airpod picture on it. The airpod is placed in a plastic holder which is no where near identical too the apples box and they dont even show up as airpods only as a bluetooth device. One of the worst purchases of my life.

Recently made a purchase with them for a handful of different items. Things shipped quick enough, but when the items arrived, there were many issues. Ordered a 24 piece cup set, they sent 2 6 piece sets. Orderd 3 watches, one works, one was dead on arrival and the other randomly loses or gains around 10-15 minutes every hour.

After 2 weeks of trying to get a response from their customer service they offer half the cost of the items with issues as "store credit" and close the ticket. My over all recommendation is to avoid them completely as there are better direct from China sites with much better customer service than the scammers at Chinabuye.

It wasn't a very large purchase, 70 bucks and change for some LED lights. But still, 70 dollars is 70 dollars. Shipping was only 3 dollars and a few cents which, if you'll pardon the pun, i knew would be a slow boat from China. I was told that delivery would be 10 to 30 days. I ordered on April 26th I received my package on May 12. Thank you for delivering as promised Chinabuye. I'll be ordering again soon

The design is very elegant but the fabric is just not appropriate for such design. Don't buy on this website. Looks very cheap. Low quality fabric. A different fabric would make this dress better looking. Would buy from mileyshouse.com in the future.

I have been buying from chinabuye for a while now, most of the things I have bought from them are in decent shape and some things were not. Pictures can be deceiving yes however, as a general rule of thumb, i always aim to buy at least 1 of the products to gauge what the overall quality is vs delivery time vs customer satisfaction since I own a small online store myself. Only then do I buy multiple units. Whatever is not up to spec in my opinion makes great gifts to the kids - they not as picky. Generally, most orders come within the time, I think apart from some products just being absolutely not fit for sale, on the odd occasion - delivery will be delayed but I cannot share the same experience with many on here who have had bad experiences. For all I know you are their competition and you come from companies like mart of china and dhgate or maybe another who I never had the pleasure of dealing with. Fact is, these are low priced products and should be treated as such, if you wanted peace of mind and a warranty, you should think twice about going international since you wont know if local stores will be able to repair the goods. I have bought jewelry and 1 electronic item. jewelry i find to be of good quality but the tv usb device i bought never worked - lesson to be learned? dont buy electronic goods unless you personally have a factory building these for you selling at cost, if not dont bother cos you wont have any support whatsoever. Your local people will turn you away and you will lose money. I know it seems harsh but thats the reality. I give Chinabuye 4 stars because the things I know to buy have all been in good/decent sell-able condition

I agree fully with the above writer!!... your money will be stolen by these people!... do not purchase ANYTHING!! My journey to china started almost a year ago now...I ordered a Cube 51 tablet...nice... lots of features... $169.00... for my wife for her birthday.... ordered it in July of 2013...took almost two months to arrive.... all packed secure.... looked fine... turned it on.... and would stay on for only a few moments... and then shut down. Tried to charge it for hours.... wouldn't work.... wrote email to company... very pleasant... but tell me to take it to a computer shop .."perhaps they can help with you fix it?" (verbatim and with ridiculous, fake sentence structure)... so I take it to a reputable computer shop... the guy's actually a genius at tech stuff,... says it might as well be a paperweight.... he tried everything on it.... looking up the manual (in English)...(you will NEVER get any kind of instructions in English from chinabuye!) ...it simply wouldn't charge... so ... they say "hey, dear customer, how about you keep this one and pay just $90 USD more...and we send you a new one?... maybe you can have it for some parts?" No thank you!... I want what I paid for... OK then "send it back for warranty repair"... cost me $36 to send it even slow boat rate to China, for 4 months I write to them asking if it's there... "dear customer...no package arrive"... on and on (over 52 emails to them!) I start sending a little more forceful mail... finally!... "dear customer, good news it already arrive weeks ago and will go warehouse to be fixed... may we then send it? yes!.. thanks!... a month goes by... HELLO??!! where is my tablet??!! "dear customer... we already test tablet and it is work fine...so it there is no more problem we will resend to you" BS!! I want my money back!.. I tell them you fixed it... you keep it and resell it.....they tell me that since I have had the tablet for this last year they can only refund me 30%... $56 USD to my account... that's stealing $113 from me!!... I never had it in my possession!!... it was always in the mail!!...Capital one says "well.. we really can't help you because it's been more than 120 days"... So... the next step, as the fraud bureau told me to do is to prove defectiveness of the product after it has been repaired and they have stated it has been repaired... I tell them send it "O yes! right away dear customer!"... we are going on almost a YEAR now good people!!... so... just 12 hours ago I excitedly got my tablet!!.. air-mailed to me from China!...it fired right up! it was awesome! quad processor, dual cameras, beautiful huge bright screen!!...man!!...I was being a total jerk!...these people work so hard and I shouldn't have compla..... wait, the tablet worked for eight minutes.... then shut down!....on screen battery said 56%... I played with it for eight minutes... put it on the charger, went out to mow the lawn for an hour.... came back in to really check it out... totally dead... with the screen turning on and off in a dull bluish haze.....it HAD been working perfectly...my wife was standing there too just shaking her head. I just wrote the company and told them there can be only one of two things happening here: 1. You are either sending worthless products and stealing the money of customers, or 2. there has to be some disgruntled employee damaging random product to project his or her anger. I have bought from them before.... they stiffed me on a battery for a hat once (it was a light up peace sign hat for my daughter, the hat $12... the stupid battery $7!... needless to say it is still on my shelf and she's 21 now!) ... and that was irritating... but all the other products I have purchased.... and I've spent about $400+ there... have been OK... I feel really crapped on by them... but I'm going all the way to the CEO of the company until this is resolved!... If you are a victim.... fight!... international law of trade is there to protect us.... and Chinabuye cannot hide forever behind international merchant banks!... Go Capital One!!... they are and will help me resolve this!!

Let me share my experience with you.
I have made my order on 17 September 2013. Total value 93,81 $. After 3 months, on December 15 2013, I mailed them that my order No. 100454021 hasn’t come to me. That was the second time. My previous order delayed also and they had to resend it to me.
After several emails they asked me 30 $ more to resend the order and then they asked for 20$ telling me that if the first order came to me I could keep both. In the beginning I didn’t want that but I knew that I was going to lose my money. So I paid again 20$ telling them that if I deliver a second order I was not going to accept it so it could be turned back.
The months were passing again and nothing came to me. At last I received my order on April 9 2014, seven (7) months after. But the order was not proper. Instead for a power adapter for my laptop they send me a mini router that I didn’t need. I mailed them again on April 9 2014 so that we find a solution because I have paid an order more money than it should be but no answer came for 10 days. Customers should be treated with respect and not like that.
I am writing all my adventure with Chinabuye for you to know the dangers buying from them. It is the only way I have, to pay them for their “good” services.

I bought almost 40 dollarsUSD worth of items, including what would have normally been a $130USD 25 piece makeup brush. I knew the items would have taken a while coming all the way across the world, but it got here exactly when it said it would 14-15 business days after processing. Every thing is great quality with what I've used so far.

My only complaint was the packaging. I figured since I bought a lot (some of it was tiny) that it would be shipped in a shipping boxing, but it was just smooshed together, wrapped in bubble wrap, and then taped up. Nothing was damaged, Just the box was dented and I had to brush out the eyelashes (Which I had to do anyways)

Other than that, it's a fantastic service I would highly recommend it to anyone! Especially businesses. You can use their wholesale options and buy bulk for cheap! I didn't need it all too much, but in the future with my how much I enjoy the products, I might!

Do not buy from Chinabuye. I bought a phone from them for $150. It took 60 days to arrive thus negating the option of getting your money back through Paypal. It lasted a week and then kept stalling, then turning itself off and even turning itself on. I would have to take out the battery to make it boot every time. It was doing this up to 20 times a day.

I wish I had gone to the Trust Pilot site before I wasted my money. I ordered a watch from China Buye November 2013 and had several correspondences with the company. It's Feb 2014 and it looks as if I will never receive my order. They are requesting more money for postage. Fool me once...I'll just chalk this up to a bad experience...Buyer beware!
