I bought 2 hoodies because I loved the look on my friends. My hoodies will not stop shedding from the inside. I also had my friends wash them at their place to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong as I love the hoodies, but they still shed. I contacted customer care who were not only unhelpful, but also couldn’t care less about the situation and reminded me to wash them by hand. They’re hoodies, they aren’t designer dresses. I’ve washed them on gentle/delicate cycles and it still makes no difference. Clearly there was something wrong with these 2. I purchased the hoodies in 20/05 and contacted them 23/06, as you can see by their response below, they are not helpful! I never asked for a refund, frankly I wasn’t concerned about that, I’d hoped to have them replaced with non-faulty ones!

Updated reply: if only I could add a screenshot to prove I contacted you back on 23/06 would highlight that you’ve lied. Shows great customer service! Additionally, if it is a 60 return, and I purchased 20/05, they would have still been under your return policy. You just don’t want to except fault and want to blame the customer. If only you put as much effort into actual customer service instead of arguing with the customer, you might actually have a good product and company!

I have brought quite a few items from here and they've all been awesome, women's and men's jumpers and also leggings all good quality and super warm, delivery is always prompt and easy, I'll be purchasing again no doubt 😉

I have purchase a few things from Chinga and absolutely love it - dresses, tights and hoodies. After having lost some weight I am now feeling the cold - my order of 2 hoodies arrived at work this morning and I have one on already and now lovely and cosy. Quality of the products are fantastic - love love love!!!!!

I ordered a black Hoodie an just loved the comfort an Snuggie feels, always good to have pkts an the length and cut is awesome. Being an older gal I just loved the design. Wanted to see how it washed and wore an loved it so much I ordered another, had a little trouble at my end ordering sizes but you guys helped me out so I’ll be receiving correct size. So thanks can’t wait for my order to arrive.

I honestly love them the tights are so comfortable and have a string on the inside so you don’t have to run out and get a new pair if you happen to go down a size it’s great for people like myself that is on a weight loss mission and the jumpers are long so they cover everything and your back doesn’t get cold they are very warm but not big and bulky so you can move really well in it

I can't believe I've only just ordered my first few orders from Chinga Clothing! I had a small problem with my order and emailed them about it. They were quick to get back to me, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel like I was important and fix it. The hoodies are so thick and warm, I am in love!

I love the look of the clothing but the inside material peels and covers your under clothes. Items were washed as per label instructions. I have made contact about this which just seemed like excuses that made me feel like following their washing instructions was my fault.
I see quite a few comments over social media mentioning this peeling but comments are being removed (not saying Chinga are deleting these)
I wont be purchasing any more. Im over re washing and lint rolling my clothes because of this.

The team at Chinga were amazing and went the extra mile. I had put the wrong address for delivery. Instead it needed to go to my Mother in Auckland. They replied immediately to my "change of address" and gift wrapped it with a personalised note as I had mentioned my Mother wanted to wear her new clothing to go on holiday. I was super impressed and deeply appreciative for their help after my blunder. My Mum loves her Chinga - first time buyers we both are. We will definitely be buying more in the future! I received my order last week.... My very observant 7yr old daughter pointed out to me that I had ordered the same hoodie as last year, only this time in black! I must really love this pattern! 😂 Then I pulled out the tights..... I held them up and thought to myself "how in the world am I going to fit into these?" they looked like a kids size 8 that would fit my daughter! I had a quick shower and decided to try and squeeze myself into these tiny wee looking tights..... And do you know what? They actually fit me like a glove! The elastic waist holds in my mummy tummy just beautifully and gives my bum a non surgical lift! I also did the squat test with no skin showing through, much to my delight! I'm between a size 12 and 14 and ordered a large. Wouldn't want to go any smaller. Could've gone up 1 size but L is pretty spot on! Just goes to show, A) never judge a book by its cover, B) when something seems impossible give it a go anyway, you might be surprised! I was 😊 Thanks Chinga!
