Excellent, speedy, service from CHMarine!
I reported an issue with my Meaco dehumidifier display, was asked to return it under warranty and within 4 days it was returned to me fully serviced and as good as new. Thanks Tim!

I have used their online portal 4 times this year.
It is fast , easy to navigate .
It is just amazing jow quick the product arrives. Yesterday , I ordered a product in the afternoon and it arrived this morning at 10 am. Fantastic service and always kept informed by emails as to where the order is ...CH Marine is the best in Europe.

Ordered a dehumidifier online on Tuesday evening and it was delivered to me on Thursday afternoon the same week. Great service and excellent communication. I definitely recommend this company.

Recently went into the store to look at dry suits. The employee I spoke to didn’t have a clue and was of no help at all. Waist of a journey for me. Fine store but poor customer service.

I bought a Meaco ABC 12L dehumidifier from this company because it was advertised as the quietest dehumidifier on the market for this size, and I also read many glowing reviews of the products on the company website. I had originally planned to buy a dehumidifier from Amazon, but when I found an Irish company selling such a highly rated dehumidifier, I didn't mind paying a bit extra. The two-year warranty also influenced my choice. However, the moment I turned it on, the noise was extremely loud. I immediately called the company office to report this, and was told to let it run for five hours and the noise would stop. I did this, but the noise continued. It was advertised as operating at 35-40 Decibels, according to the setting selected, but when I checked the noise level, it measured at 85 Decibels from 1m above the unit. I live in a small house, and the noise was intolerable, so I was forced to return it. I never found out whether the unit was faulty, but I suspect that the description of the low noise of the unit on the website was just inaccurate. The reason I gave the unit two stars was because although it was very noisy, it did actually work quite well at removing moisture from my home, and was even very good at drying clothes after about 8 hours of operation. Nevertheless, the extreme noise from the unit was a deal-breaker for me. I had high hopes for this unit and felt good about supporting an Irish company, but in the end, I just ended up wasting a lot of time and being aggravated by the very rude customer service member that I had to deal with. Thankfully I did receive a refund, which I will now use to buy a dehumidifier from Amazon.

Great service from C H MARINE IN Cork. Ordered Musto Waterproof Fleece Lined Cap #20032855 on Monday it arrived on Wednesday, perfect fit.

Absolutey excellent service !!! I was looking for a dehumidifier and since I did not know much all the reviews on this website helped me pick out the perfect one for our home , I was so happy with the delivery I ordered about 6 o clock in the evening and the dehumidifier was with me the next morning about 11 o clock !!!! I got the meaco 10l abc dehumidifier and it works great and they have a little leaflet in the box summarizing everything and very helpful information, way to go the extra mile !! I’m so happy with the dehumidifier, we have had it on only one day and the difference is massive !!! If anyone suffers especially from asthma this is great ! I ordered off the meaco dehumidifiers Ireland website but it’s the same company.

CH Marine: they know customer service! I’ve ordered epoxy from them on few occasions and it arrived next day as promised, they give regular updates as to the orders progress which is great!

A repair (by Tim) of my Maeco dehumidier was carried out with great success. The dehumidifier was out of warranty, so I was delighted to be able to avail of a repair, save money and avoid landfill.
Great service and quickly done.

Communication is excellent from order confirmation to despatch and a link to the delivery company to track the order my order was delivered within 24 hours and the product was in 1st class condition and at a competitive price. Good company to deal with. They have v. good after sale service, sometimes there are problems with communication, but I was dealing with them around Christmas so obviously some people need they time off. Highly recommended.
