I ordered chocolates well in advance of my friends BD, then waited days while nothing happened. I finally was able to reach a rep via their chat and she offered no excuse or resolution; obviously it was going ti be late so I cancelled the order. This was my first and last order from chocolate.com!

Went to order something for a friend on a Sunday and absently didn't fill in the correct delivery address. Emailed them to correct it, thinking no one would get back to me at least til tmrw, Monday. And instead got a quick response and a correction literally within about 10 min!! Now I won't get the goodies, but my friend will!!

Ordered beautiful chocolates for a friend and am looking forward to hearing from them. The customer service was outstanding. I made a mistake on the order, it was corrected after the order was accepted, and all's well.
