I got my shipment in two boxes for the first time. It was a bit of a hiccup and then a bottle was missing. I emailed to inquire and got Taylor B. Talk about helpful! She immediately calmed me and went out of her way to email me each time almost immediately and was so accommodating. My goods were being shipped internationally and for customs purposes I was in need of documentation so as not to pay duty twice. She was superb with handling this and then emailed me to let me know personally that the item that was short got shipped. Taylor you are fabulous!!

Had a a small issue with my subscription, and sea moss being on back order. All issues resolved, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the great service!!! Good company who cares about their customer.

I have had an issue with my mailing address. My location is a little weird and for me to get my mail, my address has to have an added "Box Number". I emailed to have it fixed before, was told it was corrected, but nothing changed. The post office threatened to stop forwarding my package if I didn't get it fixed so I emailed again. Taylor B found it had been corrected in the system but was not printing on the label and helped get the situation corrected. She did an amazing job.

My energy overall has improved. I never find myself struggling to get through the day anymore. Using Choq along with daily exercise has greatly improved the way I feel both mentally and physically. My libido has also increased drastically. It's been a game changer so far.

Solid choice
After hearing about Choq on the Jesse Kelly show, I gave the Male Vitality Staq a try. I have now been taking the supplements for several months and I do feel improvements in energy.

Great customer service and great product!!

I have been taking most of the Choq supplements. I ordered the female stack for myself. The male stack for my husband. I give my husband the Irish moss and we both take the minerals. I love all the products and have been genuinely surprised by the results. I am a mother of seven. It has been a life changer to have more energy throughout the day. I have been getting better rest at night. I have noticed a change in my complexion. My husband has had much more energy after just a couple weeks. Prior to taking Choq, he would get up early with a hard afternoon crash. This has been his schedule for years. I have been noticing a lot less naps and a general mood improvement. Very happy with my results. If you are considering buying Choq, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I appreciate that Lauren S and others got back to me after I read my account wrong thinking my subscription had been canceled. One thing that made me think my account had been canceled was that I received no notifications or emails concerning the monthly fulfillment or transit. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and setting me straight!

My order was not received because of a shipping problem. When I reported it on a Saturday by email, the same day I received a response from Taylor B. She responded and shipped a replacement immediately.

I was very confused with an order I placed that was adding to an existing subscription (adding Choq Lit Powder to my Choq Male Vitality Stack). After my order was placed, I checked my subscriptions and I saw that I now had two separate monthly subscriptions. I reached out to customer service via email, explained the situation, and was looking for some clarification and/or correcting of a mistake I made. I wanted to make sure I only had one active subscription with the two items instead of two separate subscriptions. I sent this email around 8pm. Before 10am the next morning, *Taylor B* from Customer Care reached out. She let me know I did in fact have two active subscriptions now. She cancelled the new one for just Choq Lit Powder and added it to my existing one so I could only have one subscription with both items. She then let me know my new order will ship soon and that going forward, both will ship together, which I didn't even ask for her to do. I really appreciated her taking that extra step. It was quick and painless, all because *Taylor B* was awesome. As a customer of Choq for just about three years, I'd like to let you know I love your products. And with Jesse Kelly always mentioning how great Choq Lit Powder is for him, I thought I'd give it a shot. Your company is great. Your products are great. Your customer service is great. Couldn't recommend more. And *Taylor B* is a rockstar.
