Awful company! Caring is not their priority, money is, the millions of pounds that they receive from the council contracts is all they care about. Their workers undergo 3 days training and then its off you go! They don't pay their workers travel time, so the carers rush everything when they are with you, with one eye constantly on the clock. Clocking in and out is their priority. One carer didn't bother to empty the bowl of water that I used to for body wash as I believe it would have taken her a few minutes over her time. Another worker went and left me in the kitchen by myself as her time was up. A major safeguarding issue right there. I had to call my son who lives over an hour away to come and help me out of the kitchen. When they empty the commode they splash the contents all over the toilet and they never clean it up. The rota for the carers is done by people in India which makes no sense at all, they are not in the country so how would they know the areas, and this impacts on the quality of care I have been given. The service is NOT caring at all, it's robotic and slap-dash! Way below the standard of my expectations of people that call themselves carers. When I have told the office not to send a particular worker, they have still sent them. There are so many issues I can't write them all here, but I would not recommend them they are Useless!!!

Repeatedly not showing up, complete lack of communication and lack of care. Poor staff retention, poor staff attitudes. I'm absolutely appalled.

My grandfather is supposed to be having four calls a day with two carers.

We have days like today this morning
0 carers turned up
Leaving my grandad who's opened his bowls on his bed my 83 year old grandmother who is a heart patient had to help him( he is 19 stone and bed bound). Today afternoon call 1 carer tuned up and second carer didn't turn up

Shocking level of care and
We have even had a meeting with the company about this a few days ago still to change.

This company are getting paid for carers not to turn up.

I'd advise to stay clear from this company

We have days where one carer turns up and wait for the other one by the time the second carer turns up its time to go

I have full reports to the council in regards to this matter.

There is only one person who has been reliable at this company her name is Theresa she is the only one who is on time. Unfortunately she is unable to do all the calls due to attending other calls so we have no continuity of people. Never the less she is the only person who has shown good care.

This company has has a number of complaints from us no one has done anything about it.

Good Quality Service. Very understanding and meets the requirements. Excellent responsive team with vast knowledge in Care.
