I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Babyliss trimmer blade I recently purchased from your company. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with your products. In fact, this is the third time I have bought items from your company, and on each occasion, the quality has been disappointing. The trimmer blade I received most recently is of very poor quality and does not perform as expected. I am particularly concerned that the product does not feel original and appears to be of substandard quality, similar to low-grade imitations. This is unacceptable, especially when purchasing what should be a reliable and professional-grade product. As a customer, I expect better consistency and quality assurance. I am very unhappy with my experience and would appreciate it if you could address this issue. I would like to request either a replacement with a genuine, high-quality product or a full refund. I hope you take this matter seriously and work to improve the quality of the products you supply.
