Never buy here

The service is no service. Had an item ship to the Netherlands and received it but the article is not what the website told me what it should be and it was garbage and cheap of quality. Made an official complaint twice in the past 1,5 month and what do you think? No response. I am pissed because my gift was a total bust and I have dissapointed husband and I am really dissapointed as well especially in the service of Le Duc more like Le Suck!! I hope Le Duc contacs me but it won't happen I guess......

Last night I Saw an article priced at 80%.
Today I went to the store to buy it and to my surprise it costed 100%. The sales person called the servicedesk but they could not see the old price. The price was changed overnight. I called the servicedesk myself andere the anser was that I should have ordered it yesterday evening. Nothing was fine foto me as customer who travelled to the the shop. The field at the call center felled attacked instead of feeling with the customer. C. le Duc does not onderstand that you cannot handle different prices at site andere shop of not communicatief. They dont listen to and understand the customer and rather prefer a bad review and Bever rerurning customers.

I have been thinking about the concept of webshops like CLD. They are very successful because the products are extremely overpriced for the quality, but people think they are in discount while despite the discounts they are still paid too much for the quality. The sending is good in my opinion (fast and discreet) BUT the client service not very good (if you need to return a product because of their terrible quality or because it plainly doesn't work, you better didn't trash away the invoice: that paper insiode the packet is the ONE way to return products).

It is 3 stars because some of the products are good (well com'on... a pair of leather handcuffs cant be more than sixty four euros after all!) but in general the quality is Chinese level. THe alternatives to this sex shop are Pabo (I believe the same but different name) and higher quality but even more astronomic prices. There's no middle term in sex webshops.

The product was in a very god condition and everything was as expected. I have only one comment, I couldn't track my order until DHL send me an email about the delivery time and you can't do anything with it so I had to miss the first delivery time and put the time on the second one.
