placed an order in april and it is now september. they don't answer emails or help with anything. good luck ever getting your order with this company. such scammers. they also delete all comments on instagram

They don’t even deserve a star. This company should be ashamed of there business tactics. Placed orders from Black Friday 2022 Still have not shipped or refunded my orders.

Spent hundreds of $ over 2 months ago on outfits. No tracking information, no order updates, and no communication after reaching out multiple times.

If you’re thinking of ordering from them and reading the reviews, consider this a blessing and don’t waste your time. I didn’t bother reading reviews because their Instagram and site seemed well put together. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. They’re a huge sham, they delete all the comments of people asking for their orders and they use pictures of celebs in their fits to promote items that will most likely never get to your door.

Garbage Brand, they take your money and never deliver. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, only email. They don't respond and don't process your refund. SCAM

Purchased a pair of pants months ago. Received nothing. Requested refund many times and have received nothing but countless apologetic automated emails with no resolution. Saying they will refund but nothing ever happens, it’s been over 6months now. SCAM COMPANY. AVOID!!!

I'm 3 months and waiting, from all of the people before me im 100% sure I'll never receive the items. They told me it was a delay the first few weeks, then after a month and a half they totally stop responding. IG they deleted comments. It will say 14 comments but you click on it and it's 2 and one of them is them. Avoid at all costs

Took about 4 months to get a refund. Had to go through PayPal. Opened a case and they finally responded and sent 2 gifts to try and extend the original orders. Make them give you an exact date for when the order will arrive. Be sure to not let the case close and escalate it if they are being weird. If you do let the case close like I did reopen the case and say they didn’t fulfill the agreed refund and it should open up again. Good luck

Originally ordered a shirt in June of 2022 . It was a pre order . Waited 3 months before I got an update saying the item was going to be delayed . After another 2 month delay I tried to cancel . Customer service was pretty good at the time and they told me they could send a gift card for the amount pending and additional credit . Which they did do. This was done Dec. 9th which happens to be my birthday . On Jan 11th. I placed a new order with the gift card that was issued to me . This items showed in stock . Never got that order either . After that I’ve tried repeatedly to cancel the order . Up until last week they would reply to my request and even assured the credit had been processed. Now I’ve been ghosted . After over a full year I’ve got no material or money back . This was 150$ order.

Absolutely a scam. had my money for nearly 12 months and simply stopped replying to support emails.

Check better business before buying. This company is infamous for stealing money and not replying to emails.

Worst company ever! I bought a pair of pants, they shipped them (supposedly) or so the mail said. They never arrived and I wrote them multiple times, and they just told me I couldn’t get a refund. So I wasted 150$ on nothing

This website is a scam. I've ordered a pair a pants in January and they still have not shipped. I checked reddit and they are notorious for taking people's money and not delivering. If you go on their instagram, they constantly delete their comment section with peole saying the same thing.
