Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased an item through one of their eBay listings and was sent the wrong item. Seller refused to answer multiple emails about a return. I was forced to pay over $70 in return shipping and then was only issued a partial refund, as the they deducted their original shipping costs from my refund.
Zero contact, zero service, avoid at all costs!

Ordered a helmet on Monday and it arrived the same Thursday, from the Netherlands to Idaho! Incredibly fast ! Also very fast response to my inquiries and best prices I found anywhere. Just make sure you know what you want because there is no free return shipping and it ain't cheap.

Fantastic service ordered on Saturday arrived the following Wednesday. And saved a small fortune! nearly £200 compared to retail prices here. Will be using Chromeburner for all my motorcycle accessories.

Excellent place to order from, was hesitant at first being I'm in Canada. Wasn't sure about delivery times or a surprise duty and tax charge in the end.. that being said duty and tax combined was under $30 for a helmet, and I received it in 4 days. Blew my mind.. The jacket I ordered arrived in just 3 days and it's exactly what I hoped for.

If I could give 0 I would..Bought a jacket and pants around 700$ cdn, returned it because it was not fitting and now they say that they can't find the transaction when it is clearly in my bank account. And I don't think they would've sent something if the payment didn't pass come on..

Please DO NOT order from there, very bad customer service and they are stealers.

I placed an Order #12000117253 on 18 March for a basic helmet to take on holiday SE Asia as I’ve got a 3xl head. I heard largest helmets are rare there and I don’t trust local standards. It arrived however part of the flip mechanism kept coming apart on closure. I asked to exchange but was offered a 10% reduction repeatedly to keep it. Since this discount was so small I rejected as they wouldn’t increase to a fair amount.
The still brand new helmet was returned using their own courier service. It’s now May and I’ve still not received my refund or exchange.
The package is apparently at customs now being held for some unknown reason.
I’ve spoken to around 5 people 5 times chasing and they really do not care at all.
It’s the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I’m still struggling with the incompetence of them.
I asked they send a replacement now as they can see the return tracking and it’s weight and it’s in their country etc so they know it’s not with me.
My request for a discount on the replacement has been ignored as they now have a ‘sale’. However the price of the helmets I wanted as an exchange hasn’t changed and the one I asked for as an exchange over a month ago is now out of stock. Truly awful stay clear!
