17 days waiting and than I had to cancel
Short version
After 17 days of wait I had to cancel the purchase.
At least the cancellation + reimbursement was smooth process
Long version:
I bought a SHOEI NXR, size M, element via website.
In the next day got a email from ChromeBurner staff saying that due to a error, they don't actually had that model/size in stock and it will take few days till the supplier provide the helmet
I asked how long and the answer was "Around 5 days. + one or two days to ship it to you."
At this moment ChromeBurned gave me the option to cancel and ask for reimbursement. I deiced to keep it and wait since I didn't need the helmet in a hurry,
Long story short, after 17 days the helmet wasn't delivered yet and ChromeBurner never got in touch with me with explanations.
After I sent them a message, their answer was basically blaming the supplier and explaining they had no idea when the helmet will be available so I decide to cancel the purchase and request reimbursement to buy the helmet in another store.

This is my second interaction with Chromeburner.
I live, geographically speaking, at the bottom of the world!.
It is always worrying, when you want to buy online, but are dealing with companies so far away from yourself.
With Chromeburner there are no concerns.
Their website is easy to purchase from, and any queries you might have are only an email or a "phone call away from being resolved.
this last purchase I made I wasn't sure of my size, so I called them.
I got the right info straight away and felt completely confident that I was going to receive the correct item - which I did, in good time.
Chromeburner rocks!
