Hello, I am overall satisfied with the services, as evidenced by the number of watches I have purchased through you. However, I would appreciate greater support in cases of uncertainties or problems. I contacted your support twice with an issue; once I received a response along the lines of “you can either return the watch or keep it,” and the second time I did not receive any response at all. I understand that with a high volume of transactions it is difficult to be more involved in resolving potential issues, and that the transaction rules are clearly set, but I would certainly appreciate a more accommodating approach in this regard.
