Who is Dave ?
Lack of prompt support. Some time ago, a person named Dave did not accept our report because he had given us an unfairly negative comment. Dave said he had the right to do so. It turned out that the buyer had lied and admitted it in an email, giving us a negative review to force a refund for the purchased watch. There are incompetent people like Dave in your ranks. This is absurd.
