I am waiting the delivery chronopost since morning until 3:20 because they gave me the time. Waiting... after 3:35 finally is here he rang the bell i open the door, since we are in the 2nd floor waiting to came up after 5 or 10 mins pass no one will came. I went downstairs to check i saw the door is wide open. But the delivery was not there at all. Then he put it in the record we are absent for the delivery!!!! Please chronopost do your job properly we are waiting for nothing. We have a job as well to do. Be professional thank you

We sold a real PS5 Slim through Vinted and fully documented the shipment:

* photos/videos before shipping,
* serial number,
* packaging process,
* sealed parcel with Chronopost label.

The buyer later claimed the parcel arrived empty in Annecy and said he had recorded a full opening video. However, we never received the original video file — only screenshots/photos through Vinted messaging.

One major issue: Vinted messaging apparently does not properly allow video sharing, which makes it extremely difficult to prove or verify “empty parcel” claims.

At the same time, Chronopost verbally confirmed that the parcel maintained a transport weight of approximately 4.75 kg throughout shipment, with no reported anomaly. But Chronopost refused to provide written confirmation directly to us, stating that only Vinted has access to their dedicated professional dispute system.

Despite this:

* Vinted permanently blocked the account for “probable fraud”;
* access to the dispute history disappeared;
* and after multiple emails, we only received generic replies without any clear explanation regarding:

* the buyer’s alleged video,
* the Chronopost weight data,
* or the exact evidence used for the decision.

Very frustrating and extremely opaque process, especially for high-value electronics transactions.

Let down Yet again, three parcels due today from different companies but apparently “due to unforeseen circumstances” Will not be delivered for two days. As a company they suck.

I had an item to be delivered in the us, from Canada. They said they will pickup on Saturday, no show, Sunday no-show. That went on for three weekends. They said I had to pay the border, I did, well they keep having excuses. Then the CEO, told me that the staff stole money from me. So I thought he would correct the problem and delivered. Nope. They told me the driver is on his way, but then they said I had to pay for his accident, what. They made me pay for taxes, more border fees, and other things. So now they said they owe me money, $40,000. Then I said just wire transfer, again I had to pay more money. Then I said if you can't wire transfer, send a check, again I had to pay more,the bankers 2 times, the stamp, 2 times, now they said the sum is $52,000, or more. There asking for more money. This has been going on now for 19, monts, I gave lots of money for the delivery, and I don't have nothing there demanding more money ( gift cards ) as payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING CHRONOPOST AS ADELIVERY SERVICE. Poor service.
I'm very disgusted, disappointed, frustrated, discourage, and mad at this.
They operate like scammers.

There's always issues, you can't contact anyone, if they deliver to your home they always say they came by but they didn't. quite literally a scam, every single time you have a thousand problems before things get delivered

I sent a letter from France to Australia and was told it would take around four days to be delivered. It cost me 66 euros.

First, the Chronopost tracking system stopped working. I called Chronopost for information, and a representative confirmed that the tracking system was down. He also told me that the package had arrived in Australia, in Louisville. He clearly had no idea that Louisville is actually in Kentucky, USA.

He said he would keep me updated on the delivery process, but I never received any email or callback.

I called again the following day and spoke to another representative, who confirmed that the letter had been handed over to UPS and was being processed through one of their hubs in Louisville, USA. They also provided me with a new tracking number.

According to the UPS tracking information, the letter has now been sitting in a depot in Louisville for the past five days, and I still have no idea when it will be delivered to Australia.

Terrible service.

Quick easy to use

Fast, smooth shipment. The communication about the shipment status was regularly communicate to me. The pick up at Elise Optique was a fantasic experience.
