Depositing is never a problem, BUT ...
Depositing is never a problem, but Chronopost do not care about their clients, nor parcels. They (more than once) have delivered a parcel to a depot more than 100km away and expected the recipient to go & collect it!
Impossible to get a refund, so our CHARITY has to pay for postage a second time. Absolutely unfair.

Again they changed the pickup point…
Again they changed the pickup point without asking me the day of. And then delivered the next day.
I understand that the pickup point isn't available but please ASK where I can pick up my parcel ! I am disabled and chose a pickup point accordingly. And Even better they put my two package, made to be delivered the first time at the same place, delivered at two different points !
And to top everything, they are called "available" way after they are left in shops so we rush to the pickup point (with great efforts since I have debilitating aches). Just to be told that the package isnn't available to be delivered... Only 5 hours later !
Ok I understood.. to have a minimal service I need to pay more for another service. Thanks for the hurt !
By the way, I contacted the SAV and they were only able to repeat what's on the site. It was useless.
