I went with my daughter to the bank holiday sales the day after bank holiday as I'm disabled so I use aids I never been so insulted in my life example went into Victoria secrets a d. Because I have sticks and cannot walk I asked for assistance as my daughter wanted a bra in the sale I needed pjams I can't walk properly I asked the lady if she could help is she said come back another time the look I got because I wanted to look st the pjams she said no point to look there not on the sale I asked her for help and she just looked at my leg gave me a filthy look and grabbed the rail and started serving someone else my daughter was buying a bra I wanted some things out of there pjams braset perfume and body spray I waited 25 minutes s for her while she was serving everyone r else as she said I'd have to wait as its busy just because I had sticks she usherd me out and sai no sizes for me when there was as I watched another lsfy get them I couldn't belive that just cause I'm disabled and not perfect she had no time for me snd totally disregarded me like I was rubbish I ended up either nothing I was imbarrest angry hurt and treated different so I lost my pjams even though my daughter got her bra she list out too as she sae I was upset and came out discussing service I've lost out and my daughter you don't like disabled people black short hair lady the day after boxing day I hope she sees this as I depend alot of money in your store and I'm totally let down by this and lost faith in your service hope. You see this smd apologies are needed terrible service

One star is pushing it.....terrible....I'd say the worst shopping mall in the south. Their Christmas decorations are awful and again 2024 Christmas decs are the pits.....escalators never ever work so prepare to be stranded....and jeez the toilets....you'll be very shocked at those...a war zone....get yourself to Crawley shopping centre....100% better.

Doesn’t have much variety, but it’s not a huge place.

Quite a good shopping centre with an average range of shops, I believe they plan to expand in the future.
The mall is always very clean and has some key players like Apple available, unfortunately no Fenwicks but there is a lower budget Debenhams available.
