Useless Doctor

Receptionist and the healthcare assistant were great, very helpful. Dr. Moon however, was entirely insufferable. A know it all who knew very little, who didn’t like being corrected by someone with actual knowledge and experience on the subject.
With his inflated ego bruised he went instantly on the defensive, using a condescending tone. Which just made him appear even more of a prized prat.

Healthcare and medicine really is in a sorry state. This doctor is a prime example.

What a bunch of scum bags

What a bunch of scum bags- receptionist rude as hell! Delay in GPs actually checking results leaving patients in pain or vulnerable or confused from poor blood results or MRI’s! Needing to see consultants immediately but being left!
I have served most of yr staff in the large supermarket I work in, im always polite and helpful even when yr complaining! But if I complain to you lot I’m immediately treating like a piece of s**t
Ring 111 if u need anything people they can’t help you enough!

Church Surgery Aberystwyth

Terrible doctors surgery.

You can only book an appointment at 8am which is ridiculous. If you call after 2pm they will tell you its the number only for emergencies, but if you have an emergency you would go to A&E? Not have a conversation with some woman who isn't a doctor but has a B-TEC in how to be nosey.

One trainee doctor examined my back, told me it was muscle pain. I decided to get a second opinion and I.got an MRI scan, turns out I have 2 slipped discs, but the trainee doctor was adament it was muscle pain from just putting his fingers on my back.

Also let's not forget that when I called to book an appointment i was told I had to call at 8am, but I am not able to do this.

Then the person decides to tell me someone else's information. The call goes silent and someone demands to know why I am calling.

They are extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.
