So I ordered the ordinary multipeptide hair density serum and a coper peptide serum and unfortunately both are fake. I did not expect that since they have a certificate on their website as well.

I moved from UK recently and still getting used to how delivery works here. Honestly cicabelle communicated better than some of the big pharmacy chains I tried. Whatsapp messages were clear, english was decent, tracking link worked and they told me morning window for delivery. Products (The Ordinary + La Roche) are exactly same as I used back home. No shady re-labelling. Only minus, I wish they had more men-targeted sets but its not a big deal.

I know it sounds silly but the small note inside the box made my day. It just said dont forget sunscreen with actives😊but it felt human. I ordered Beauty of Joseon serum + La Roche sunscreen. Packaging simple, no fancy stuff but secure and clean.Took 2 days to Ras Al Khaimah which is ok. Prices less than mall and I didnt have to drive 40 mins for it. Will probably order again when serum finish.

Have been ordering roughly once a month since August. So far cicabelle.com has been consistent - same quality, same packing style, and delivery always within one to two days in Sharjah. Once they were out of stock of my usual Korean sunscreen and they called to ask if I want to replace it or wait. I chose a different brand based on their explanation and ended up liking it more. Nice to see a company that does not just cancel items silently.

There products are fake. And they get review deleted.
I ordered la roche mela b3 and sunscreen in july 2025. When i used the product there was a difference fragrance in la roche mela b3. I ordered another bottle from Aster to compare and I was right. The original from aster was very different fragrance then cicabelle. Also there product gave me mild rashes on my skin.

I also tried there la roche sunscreen, and its application was very different then the orignal. I am using la roche sunscreen from last 2 yrs and could immediately see the difference.

Plz dont buy the product from them. You are wasting your money and harming your skin.

After complaining they did issue the refund to me and I threw away the product. But strange enough no one tried to counter back that its a genuine product.

I have been purchasing products from Cicabelle.com for a couple of years mainly due to their extremely low prices. However, after consistent use, I noticed no improvement in my skin condition, and in fact, many of the creams had a strange, unpleasant smell.

When I raised my concerns with their team, they responded that they would check and get back to me. The alarming part is that they never denied the possibility of the products being spoiled or counterfeit.

To confirm my doubts, I bought the same set of products (La Roche-Posay Retinol, Baume B5, and Effaclar Duo+) from an official pharmacy and compared them. The difference in smell, texture, and results was immediately noticeable.

It’s unbelievable how Cicabelle.com is operating. I will be escalating this matter to UAE Consumer Rights and also informing L’Oréal corporate, as they need to investigate this seriously. Selling potentially fake or expired skincare products can pose serious health risks, and consumers deserve transparency and safety.

I have beeb waiting over a month and have received no updates on my 2 orders, and no shipping imfo.

I wrote the company twice and no response.

Be aware of this website. I bought creams from them all fake!!
