I ordered a bridesmades dress in a custom size. They responded and asked for me to double check my measurements before they started on the dress. So I remeasured and confirmed that the measurements were correct. The dress was late to ship. I receieved an email that the dress was going to be shipped in a couple weeks because they had a huge influx of orders. The dress arrived 6 weeks later. Upon trying the dress on I found that it was the incorrect size. It would need to be taken in 2 inches on the bust for me to be able to wear it. I sent pictures to prove that this dress arrived the wrong size. And they responded that per their policy they cannot refund the dress but could refund a portion of the dress so that I can get it altered.

Edit: I was able to get a review for 75% of the cost after a few weeks of back and forth.

I ordered a dress from this website, the delivery information wasn’t mentioned and the app provided never gave correct navigation, contacting them was useless. When the dress finally arrived it was SO CHEAP, they have a weird policy where you have to pay almost $50 to ship it back to get just 20-30% of your money back, I emailed them about this and they never answered back, my dress was the wrong color, had black marks, and overall so cheap. Never buy from this site trust me on this one I wasted my money!

This company is a disaster for me. Possibly they are unethical. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was too tight. I wrote and asked how to return it for a refund (less 10% restocking fee). Instead of providing the address, they required photos proving it doesn't fit, which I sent. They responded by suggesting I keep the dress and resell it. They have reminded me that it is custom-made (bullsh*t; it's simply a Size 10). They have warned me that return postage to China is very high. Most-recent message upped the offer on a partial refund and did not provide their address. I feel like a fool. BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: When I went to resell the pristine dress locally (a very nice dress shop, consignment, specializes in formal, wedding, and prom dresses...perfect, right? nope.) the woman there looked it over and said with a loud sigh, "this dress is poorly made and the fabric is cheap. I will not accept it." Now what? I lost half of what I paid for it and would never shop here again. BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE. A few weeks later, Cicinia messages me: "How about we refund you [an additional] 25$ and you delete [my negative review]?" Buyer beware.

The custom sizing option was very helpful and the dress fits better than standard sizes. I had to confirm measurements once, but support replied quickly. Price is fair and quality is good.

The outfit is nothing like the picture. Cheaply made from very static material. The sizes are all over the place. It won’t be worn. I’m obviously not going to get a refund now I’ve checked here for real reviews. The best thing about the whole order is the bag it came in. I would advise shoppers to look elsewhere.

I needed a long gown for my Nephew's wedding, and I could not find one with sleeves. I came across Cicinia's website, and they could make alterations, so I took a chance, but I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely use them again.

I’m having trouble returning an item. They asked for photographs front and back the item is as new with tags on in an unused condition. They have since blanked any message I have sent and not responded with any return address. This is unacceptable. I’ve contacted PayPal and I will very soon escalate this to a dispute as they have still not given me a return address even though I have satisfied all their requirements for return.

I am looking for mother-of-the-bride dresses, which is clearly a laborious process at a hectic time. These dresses have a 15-day return period, which is ridiculous for dresses of this price point. I would never have ordered if I had realized. I am now stuck with two fairly expensive dresses in two different sizes that are a terrible fit. I highly recommend going with a different company!

Having trouble returning an item I ordered I have contacted them four or five times by email finally they responded asked me for a picture of my item. They responded they received my picture but then proceeded to tell me there’s a restocking fee of $10 which is fine but then they said it is a lot of money to ship to China. Not happy about this.

Beautiful dress and the custom fit is spot on. It feels like a high-end boutique piece. Just keep in mind that custom dresses take a while to be made at the atelier. It’s not a quick delivery, but the quality makes up for it. Planning to order again, but I'll make sure to leave more buffer time next time!

Dresses came within 9 days and nice quality. Return process was shockingly poor. They give you 15 days to return items from delivery, and they preceeded to take 2 days to reply, only to which I was told they were on 'holiday for 4 days'. Awful.

Customer service, Amber particularly, was wonderful! She made me feel confident about my order and sizing. The dress fits like a glove, and the quality is excellent. I couldn't be more pleased. Don't hesitate to order from them!

Custom sizing turned out exactly like the photos. The bodice is sheer, so I’ll add something underneath, but the dress itself is very pretty and sparkly. If you have sensory issues, the fabric can feel a bit itchy. Shipping was a hassle because I forgot to include my buzzer/unit number, but customer service stayed on top of it and helped me sort everything out.

I ordered a suit for my son's wedding, which will be in Japan. I wanted something simple and easy to pack. I ordered the floral mother of the bride chiffon pantsuit to be custom sized, knowing that it was not returnable. I was obviously nervous, especially since I was ordering online from the U.S. from a company in the U.K. The agent for Cicinia (Amber) worked diligently with me, by email, to make sure that the sizing was correct, and she checked the measurements several times, then notified me when they would proceed with my order. It arrived and fit perfectly. The fabric drapes in a flattering way, and the color was perfect for me. I had pre-ordered multiple fabric swatches so that I could select a color that I would be sure about, which I would recommend doing. This purchase was so easy, and the company was so careful with my order that I would definitely recommend them, or order from them again.

This site is not a real designer or authorized retailer. They have stolen our images/designs and put them on AI generated models and backgrounds. They refuse to reply to emails, messages on social media, and other forms of contact. The about us page and staff listings are fake people and the images are free public images.

They are mis-representing what they offer and are violating our copyright.

Sent 2 dresses back because they were the wrong size.
We had some issues that have now been resolved by the customer service team - many thanks.

This is an excellent company for beautiful, formal clothing. I appreciate how they work with you. I emailed them and asked for pockets in my dress, and they did it beautifully. The shipping is fast too.
