Terrible return policy. They do not want to take returns. Offered me 30% refund, then 50% refund and I had to fight to get the 90% refund stated on the website. I had to pay £25 return postage and still haven't had the refund. If you intend to return items, do not use this website.

I did custom sizing for my bridesmaid dress and it fits perfectly! So nice they offer custom sizing for free. There was a hiccup with the shipping process, but customer service was super responsive, they were quick to correct the issue and ensured I got my dress on time before my friend's wedding.

Wonderful custom service! I ordered a custom size Mother's dress and made a mistake in the 'hollow to floor' length. From the first email they were very helpful making sure my dress was just what I wanted! A small hiccup in delivery was also resolved the next day. A pleasure to work with! My dress fits perfectly!

I’ve ordered bridesmaid dresses from them for three different weddings that I have been a part of and they have always had great customer service and timely delivery. The dresses are good quality too and fit according to the measurements. Cicinia is the best option for affordable bridesmaids dresses that I have found.

Frustrating, I ordered a dress for my wedding nearly a month ago, I've tried tracking it with no ability to so contacted customer service. I've had one email asking for tracking information and nothing since, I'm now requesting a refund in hope I can get another dress in time.

The dress is beautiful! The customer service was fantastic! I was a bit nervous because I had never ordered from Cincinia before. I emailed three times and received prompt helpful replies each time. Their measurement guide is helpful and perfectly accurate. I will be ordering again! It was a wonderful experience.

The dress they made me was gorgeous and fits like a dream! I'm a slender tall gal, so it's hard to find clothes long enough or slim enough, so imagine my happy surprise when the dress they sent me was both.
And when there were going to be some changes in shipping times, they made sure to email me and let me know, answered all of my questions, and still got the dress to me with time to spare.

Several weeks ago I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding and had decided to order from you. I thought I ordered three different sample swatches, but I received three of the same swatch. I notified your company and said I ordered 3 different and received 3 of the same. Your CSR forwarded what looked like my order form showing I had ordered 3 of the same. That response was not helpful at all. What would have helped would have been for the CSR to confirm which swatches I originally wanted (and thought I had ordered) and worked out a way to get those to me quickly. Your business missed a sale.

Ordered customised dresses from here a couple of weeks ago. The material is great and so thick.
They gave instructions on how to measure each of the bridesmaids. There were 7 of us. We received them last week and each one fits perfectly, we love them

Material and workmanship were great. Just wish that a lighter weight zipper had been placed in the top side as the heaviness made the chiffon rigid and pucker with weight. Otherwise the flowiness of the fabric and its quality was great.
