it's b.s. I ordered and PAID for my $108 order on the 11 of July. Then the order said "processing" for about 3 weeks. I finally got an email which said the item had shipped and the email contained a tracking number and all, HOWEVER the tracking # that they provided was false and untrackable. It only led me to blank "error" page. I have tried to contact customer service many times but they don't answer my questions or respond honestly. I'm done being cheap because that's the only reason that I ordered from them in the first place. If you decide buy off of them give it some thought first.

It was indeed a pleasure to deal with Cigabuy. When I put in my order I received an email a day later stating that the product I ordered was out of stock and they were deeply sorry. I understand that mistakes happen and unfortunately they are a part of life, but it is whats done about these mistakes that make or break a good customer service. Cigabuy did everything in their power to try to correct this. They came up with different alternatives and different items that they thought could help me make a good decision from a bad event. Well they did and how they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the transaction. Thank you Cigabuy for admitting you made a mistake and doing everything in your power to correct it.

I ordered my Predator 228 mod and tfv12 rba and only took 1 week. Good service I say will be purchasing again.

Great customer service, purchased a device from them which, out of the box, had some dings and scratches on it. I contacted customer service and got a quick response back staying they just needed some evidence, which I did in the form of a video. The options they offered were more than fair, a full refund, exchange, or partial refund. I opted for the partial refund since I loved the device and could live with the small dings, and after the partial refund I felt the final price was well worth it for the device in its condition. I would recommend this company, I live in the usa so shipping does obviously take bit longer due to customs, but considering that shipping was fast. Also, the prices are excellent and they have a great selection of vape gear.

I am very happy, the store is very keen on customer satisfaction, always deal with it

Great customer service, had a Defective item and was issued a new one plus was given full refund for shipping costs for sending back the item.

I recently bought the alien mod with the cloud beast king and some extra coils. The delivery was faster than expected and everything arrived. Unfortunately the wrapping of some coils were broken and I asked for some new coils, as I don't really want to use some opened coils. However I didn't get some new coils because the support told me that everything is original and fine and that the damage must have taken place during the delivery and that I should use these coils. In addition I got a 5% voucher on my next shopping basket.
So in my opinion it's a great shop with great support. Never the less it took a couple of emails until I received the 5% voucher but hey at least I got a voucher even though it's not so big.

Unfortuantely i got only half of my order. Took months, they didn't come up with a decent solution.
In the end, after 5 months i had to send pictures of the package of every item i did got.

What's the point in that. I was only asking for the products i didn't get.
Then they kept me back and forth, and so on.

Never ordering there again.

i recently bought an autentic vaporesso,it worked for about 2 weeks than it started to leak havily,i contucted cigabuy,but they offered me a 4euros refund which is rediculous .they asked me to send it back but the postage is very dear.i am very disattified with them as i am a regular customer ...regards grace........................................................................................i would like you to know that cigabuy have solved my problem which i am very happy with,THANK YOU CIGABUY.....regards grace

I ordered my e-cig like 3 months ago, it took 1 month to deliver, but my customs had to take it away, so i contacted the customs and they said, they will send it back. So its been 2 months since that happened and they only said they will give me 80% of the points back. And i have tryed to contact to them again but no, they just won´t even bother to answer back.

Will never order there again. Parcel did not arrive and was automatically sent back. Either i would have to wait until it rearrived at cigabuy and than they would send it back, or i would get 80% of the worth in cigabuy points...crap

The best place to shop for esig products. Not only has the lowest prices of all the products arrive perfect and the delivery times are short. The most interesting point is the service, they have the best service department I've ever seen, they respond with professionalism and kindness and solve the problem quickly and in the best way. thank operator kristin for all the support, you are the best. Highly recommended, you will be satisfied.

The tracking proofs that the item went back to the sender but they claim they haven't received it and refuse to refund me.
Any mail gets answered in very broken and hard to understand english.
Do NOT order here, there are more reliable (and often cheaper) alternatives like FastTech or Gearbest.

35 Days, 4 Emails, unable to track the entire time, dodgey emails, fake reviews on site, And still NO package... will NEVER order from this crappy Co. again!

I ordered my first items just a few days ago and am still waiting for delivery.
But so far the customer service was very kind and lovely. Answered all my questions professionally in matter of minutes in a very polite and kind way.
Probably the best customer support I have yet seen so far.
Glad I found this site trough one of my friends. She was happy with them too, and I really hope to buy from them in the future.

A representative named Kristin was always helpful and cooperative. And answered all the mails and questions I have sent so far.

Cigabuy from tiny deal is a very Not reliable company,

They sell product that they dont have in stock and let you wait 2 days to send you a mail not well written that you can hardly understand saying that some product (they dont say wich and show you just a ref number) are not available and that you can choose from others colours (wich are unpopular colour that you cannot sell ). So than either you accept or you refuse and have to wait 10 days to be reimburse by paypal.

To sumarize: that is not a way to do business.

Stay away from this unreliable company
