No reply, kept money, did not despatch. BEWARE!!

Placed an order for one box of cigars, was charged a mandatory near £30 for insured postage (reluctantly agreed)....Total of order nearly £440. Received the order confirmation, tracking stated prepring for despatch. A week later that status has not change. Contacted the company 3 times by email (no reply), called them and was told someone would get back to me (they did not).

Reported to Bank under dispute and fraud (investigation in progress), additionally, reported to National Trading Standards.
