Using the Mitcham facility. Was shown around by Francis and shown various options and sizes of units. The process of booking and reservation of a suitable unit was stress free. On the day staff were very helpful in dealing with my van and goods to store. Very stress free and very helpful staff

Was enquiring about a unit with Cinch at their Bicester branch, and couldn’t recommend Leanne, who works here, enough! So approachable and friendly, nothing seems too much for her and was able to provide all the information I needed about the different storage units available.

I recently took on a unit at Cinch in Brighton..it was my first time doing so, and both Jack and Stuart were very helpful, giving clear advice, and great instructions on how to begin the process. I would highly recommend their personable approach, and the clean, safe, user-friendly site.

Craig + Francesca have delivered top quality customer service at every step along the process. They make everything hassle free and simple. Have used their Woking facility on a number of occassions, and also their Watford facility once. I wouldn't look anywhere else. Great dry clean, secure, storage. Peace of mind every time. My only grip was I wanted to get Craig to refer to me as Phil rather than Sir! Super polite of him, but I should be calling him Sir for the quality service! :-) As always, thank you so much!

Newcastle (Blaydon) site. I have had a larger storage unit at this for the last 8 weeks The site is very new and the facilities are first rate. The premises are very clean and very well managed. I've used other storage companes locally in the past but none have come close in terms of what was offered at the price I paid. The best thing about this particular site are the staff. Dan and Adam are extremely professional, incredibly welcoming and helpful and react very quickly to any questions I've raised with them. Nothing has been a bother to them. Due to my building work taking longer than anticipated, I needed to move to a smaller unit. They sorted out everything very quickly for me showng me different units at a great price, and I decanted my belongings across to the new unit on the same day. Highly recommended

I recently used Cinch Self Storage Brentwood and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From start to finish everything was straightforward, stress-free, and really well organised.

The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access, which gave me real peace of mind leaving my belongings there. Security features like CCTV and controlled access make it feel very safe, and everything is well maintained.

What really stood out though was the customer service. Maddy in particular was brilliant , friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to show me different unit options and made sure I got exactly what I needed, which made the whole process a lot easier.

Overall, it’s clear why Cinch has such a strong reputation for customer service and well-kept facilities. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Brentwood area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself.

What an incredible experience and service from the Brentwood cinch team. They made the whole process completely stress free and really took the time to understand exactly what we needed. The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Both Matt and Jason at Cinch Leighton Buzzard have been brilliant from the moment we stepped on site - it was a difficult time with moving an elderly relative from her home of 50 years and putting her things into storage - Matt and Jason both helped to make our Cinch experience calm and smooth and were always on hand for a friendly bit of advice and guidance. would certainly recommend others and also would happily use again myself if and when the need arose in the future.
