Very poor quality 8mm to digital conversion

Be aware that there are several companies with a similar name. My review is about the company cine-to-dvd-transfer.co.uk at Portland Gate Studios in Bristol. I had two 8 mm reels converted to digital format. The result was absolutely unacceptable, with many images jumping and out of focus. The company asked me to return the original reels at their cost. The result of the second conversion was even worse. The images were erratic and blurred. My own copy was far superior where I made it by just recording the original picture projected on a screen. To this date the company has NOT refunded my payment.
