Ticket costs 9€ and they charge 90 cents for the booking. Its 10%! more, insane. And its a festival movie so you cant choose seats. Also, quite ugly website, hello from 2000s.

Avoid them at all costs
Avoid them at all costs. I accidentally booked my tickets with the wrong movie theater but was unable to get my money back even after rebooking with the correct one. They simply preferred to ignore my requests and reclamations. I'm now pretty certain they don't value their clientship. So why value them?.. I also seriously think customer protection bodies in Germany should have a closer look at their "business".
