Went to Circle K in Vicar's Road at Togher.
Just today, (at around 6pm/18th of September 2025) I arrived with my car as I heard that they were 20 cent off a litre for fuel.
As I heard, I arrived and ask a lady at the checkout if what they say is true that it's 20 cent off, and she said yes.
And so I top up fuel, as it was half full, but noticed how it's 42 euro on the screen....
So I went up to the person at the checkout, and she said "do you have the app on your phone?"
"what?" You need to be a member of Circle K in order to have 20c discount. What on earth of difference does it make???
Why can't we just pay that offer without signing up???
She didn't tell me that before I went and topped up the fuel.
Like she deliberately finished her sentence afterwards.
I was expecting an apology from her, of course she didn't.
She never even gave me a receipt.

Went to Circle K in Dun Laoghaire today.
Bought 2 cups of coffee. Worst coffee I ever tasted. Had to dump the lot. What a huge waste of money.

Terrible experience – avoid this place!
Be very careful with what you’re paying for, because today they tried to overcharge me by €3 more than the actual Diesel price. When I questioned the guy with glasses and told him I didn’t have anything extra, he was extremely rude. Only after I pushed back did he remove the extra charges, but he never once apologized. The attitude was shocking, completely unprofessional, and explains perfectly why this place has such a low Google rating. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

​"My experience at this Circle K location was very disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct of the assistant manager. While using the restroom, an employee identified as the assistant manager began knocking on the door after only seven minutes, claiming a customer had complained about the duration of my stay. This was despite the fact that the adjacent restroom stall was available for use. The situation escalated when she returned a minute later, yelling loudly about a blanket being on the door.
​I was embarrassed and felt my privacy was invaded. I believe the claim of a customer complaint was a misrepresentation, as any customer needing the restroom could have used the open stall. Furthermore, the restroom was in an unsanitary condition, with a broken meth pipe on the floor in the next stall, which I later learned had been there since 5 AM.
​While the assistant manager may be pleasant to customers in general, her handling of this situation was excessive and lacked professionalism. This incident demonstrates a need for further training in customer service and management, particularly in situations that require discretion and respect for a customer's privacy."

It was a very trashy experience.I was treated very rudely and I will do not receive the proper customer service nor product excellence that I have come to deserve as a consumer

Had an issue with an over charge on my card. One phone call and an email
Sent and it was quickly and easily resolved. Excellent customer service . Arron on the phone got it sorted ✔️. All companies have issues , it’s how they resolve them that matters. Top marks.

It’s honestly ridiculous — the chicken fillets have gotten smaller, yet the prices keep going up. At this point, it feels like a joke. You’re paying €7 for a tiny wrap that leaves you feeling hungry five minutes later.

You’re much better off making your own food at home — cheaper, tastier, and far more satisfying.

Avoid supporting greedy businesses like Circle K that cut corners and hike up prices. Let’s start making smarter choices and stop rewarding companies that give us less for more.

The 4th time I have come into Circle K Wicklow town and there has been a problem with the car wash. A tall foreign man, pale skin, very little red hair is quite rude on every occasion. Today I rang the number you to call to say there is a problem and the guy hung up on me, came out and asked what the problem was with the machine. Clearly, I didn’t know. It was eventually fixed with a lot of shrugging.

I arrived at circle k Macroom, Cork just before 2pm, starving. Deli closed all they had was the hot box... Got some sort of chicken burger and some wedges. Took a bite of the burger, nothing but sog, bun, burger, bun thee worst food I ever tasted, worse than a rustlers! . the forecourt will either be destroyed in shit or dead crows from food poisoning after they got 95% of the food. Wedges also nothing but sog and shite, Close your deli before you kill someone!

Circle K Forecourt in Abbeyleix. The WORST in Ireland. For over 2 months at least the Toilets are " out of order". Yesterday my Wife was told " Use the toilets in the Hotel next door".2 weeks ago their Coffee Machine was "broken". 2 women behind the counter who couldn't care less about their Customers they were too busy talking to each other. This happens all the time in there. By the way we are spending our money in your useless Forecourt not in the Hotel next door. Spend your money elsewhere where you will be appreciated, not in this Dump, with morons that have no respect for their Customers at all.

I’m on the road a lot but always make it a stop on route to go into Circle K in Cashel, Co Tipperary. It is an excellent stop for both convenience and quality service. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The coffee is absolutely gorgeous—smooth, rich, and just what you need on the go. ( I wish I could buy the bag for home use ) The location is also very convenient, making it a perfect spot for a quick break or to refuel. Highly recommend!

Scam Company stealing money from hard working people. They support other companies that steal from hard working people.

Filled up my tank with petrol and needed 10 euro for a brush car wash across the road as I did 2 weeks ago. The retail agent advised me that 20 euro is the minimum amount. Seemingly 10 euro has no worth even though I was paying for my fuel at the same transaction. I'll show Circle K it's worth my not filling my tank there again.

I had a deeply unsettling experience at Circle K Dublin Port. The atmosphere was unprofessional, and interactions with staff and security were unexpectedly hostile. When I raised a concern, the response was dismissive and escalated unnecessarily, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Customer service should prioritise professionalism and respect, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes steps to ensure a more positive and secure environment for future customers.

Got a €70 gift card not even a year ago. None of the circle k garages will change it saying that they got a new computer system. Gave me a number to ring, can't seem to get any good of them either. Ridiculous, what a waste of money and it's against the law also!! Will never give them business again.

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this because of my experience yesterday at approximately 4:30 giving you that time for any video or surveillance you may have for review. I went into the store to simply get a fountain drink and a lottery ticket as I do often being that I am a resident of Long Beach.The store employee there, an african American male seemed to be visibly stressed out. He was being rude to customers, treating all customers and not just me disrespectfully. When I was buying my drink he was short with me. I even asked him if he was okay. At this point he was talking to the other employee there about how he knew people he could call that would do violent acts towards people like some kind of street thug. It must have been related to someone else because I had done nothing or said anything that would make me think it was intended for me. In my opinion at this point he was extremely hostile and combative. All I wanted was a lottery ticket and he said it was down and he couldn't do it. When I asked him if it would be fixed tomorrow he said he didn't know or care and I think he said he didn't want it to ever get fixed. I said and because I felt offended that I was the customer and without me he wouldn't even have a job. He then called me an A**hole right to my face and also said that every time I came in there I acted like one. When I was leaving I said he was nothing more than a minimum wage loser and to get a life. He followed me out and stated I was banned from ever coming back into the store. At this point I became so angry I came back into the store and threw my drink at the floor. When I was walking to my car he came outside and threatened me with physical violence. I still have a hard time believing that it all happened. I definitely feel I did nothing to deserve it. I'm glad in a way that he didn't attack me as your company would be facing a lawsuit. This person has absolutely no business working with the public. He is a Toxic and Violent person. If something is not done about it I'm sure that there will be consequences of his actions in the future. It is shameful how this employee acts towards your customers. This behavior is unacceptable and something should be done about it. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your valued time in this matter.

This is the Statement I sent to the Corporate office. As of now 30 days later I have heard nothing back from it and the person my statement is referring to is still there. It's hard to believe they would do nothing about it and allow this person to continue working there.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger to be told they had run out of burger buns, and would it be OK if it was put in a roll to which I said fine. I received and paid for my burger. I opened my burger to see only bacon and cheese in it. I went back to the shop and told the person I ordered from that she had not put my burger in the roll, to which she told me it was in it. I attempted two more times while showing her the inside of the role that there was no burger in it and she kept replying as she pointed to the bacon and cheese and called it " a burger". I then requested my money back at the till, when I explained why he said it did not make sence. The guy went to her , I am not sure what was said but he did appear to be baffles with her as well. He gave me my money back but 15 minutes of my lunch hour wasted

Well done to Noreen and John at circle k Corbally Limerick for having their coffee machine and service area spotless, cleanest I’ve seen in a long time

Wow it's happened again and again and again.....yads yada yada ?
Yet again I arrive to purchase fuel , wine , snacks at Circle k Goatstown and for the upteenth time they can't accept cash or is it cards this day .
At least every week if not every other day IT'S BROKEN. IT IS NONEXISTENT , THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR OVER A YEAR .
ANSWER TO YOUR PROBLEM, GET A NEW IT PROVIDER. IVE NEVER BERN ON APPLE GREEN 🍏 , TEXACO , MAXOL OR ANY NAJOR SUPERMARKET AND GAD THESE ISSUES..PLEASEGET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, YOUR LOOSING BUSINESS EVERY DAY BACAUSE OF YOUR INADEQUATE MANAGEMENT..WOW ITS SAD !
