Appalling asset recovery process
Requested a collection and I have been provided with a date and time by Cisco.
It didn´t happen, I have been told that the collection has been "denied" on their system and didn´t provide any notification to me whatsoever.
I called three times and the three times I have been cut off.

Cisco Flip Mino HD portable video camera - one to avoid
Bought an 8Gb Mino HD from Amazon. Just after the warranty period (of course!) the camera would not turn on or charge. Amazon recommended contacting the manufacturer, which I did, only to find there was no repair service of any kind. Apparently the Lithium Ion battery in this badly designed camera needs to be regularly charged otherwise it just stops working, but there is no mention of this in the vendor documentation. I didn't do this for a few months and now it's just a pile of plastic waste that is only fit for the bin. If you need a portable video camera, I would avoid the Flip or any device where you cannot change the batteries easily. Cisco is one of the biggest companies on the planet yet their customer service is non existent.
