I did a few projects on different levels, with differend software programs. I had a lot of problems. The promissed expertise and the promissed finallizing tasks were not reached. It cost a lot of money and lost a lot of customers.
Senior developers are just students and the teams of communication are unclear.

The company is very unreliable. Do not finish the agreed project in time an money.
Different project were startet and never finished.
Communication is very bad . A lot of excuses are made and no responsibillity is taken to finallize the project.

Many of the reviews here are fake. Let me explain how CISIN works. They provide very cheap rate but the final result turns out to be totally different, as the project goes along they start asking for extra payments as part of extra hours that make no sense. They will stop something from working by changing line of code and then ask for extra payment to implement something different so it the product works again, its part of dirty strategy they play with clients to make as much money as possible from them. They basically scam clients by offering very cheap rate at first. My suggestion is to stay away from CISIN. I can provide evidence for anyone wishing to know more details. Adding to all that they are very poor in coding, the standard of the programming they do is awful. Their knowledge is very poor, they tend to learn from clients as the project proceeds. When they say something will take 4 months it ends up taking 24 months.

I have been using CISIN service since 2008 and have to say I highly recemend them. I started using them on project based and as I was so happy with their service I moved into dedicated staff. I have made lots of project with websites, apps, support service and lots of other service. I have also tried other companies but always end of using CISIN as it is the most professional and honest service I have used. I highly recomend them for every kind of projects

Got scammed for 1800EUR from the company. The contract was never achieved. But luckily I was refunded by Paypal.

Scam email re Customs and Excise parcel to deliver showing Royal Mail logo etc. Forwarded it to Police! Cisin, take it up with the Police if you have a problem.

I too received an email advising I had missed a HM Customs and Revenue letter delivery from Royal Mail with a LINK to reschedule delivery. No doubt a scam. Have forwarded this to Royal Mail so they too are aware [malkhan.s was the cisinlabs sender or name used].

Had an email from cisinlabs.com claiming to be from Royal Mail (all the right colours and using the RM logo) and telling me they'd tried to deliver a large letter to me from HM Revenue & Customs at 9.35 am (I was in at the time). They helpfully provided a link to re-schedule the delivery. I didn't touch the link but checked out the source. Sender's domain now blocked. Probably ought to tell Royal Mail their good name is being taken in vain.

Update: I posted this warning in good faith and as far as I'm aware I did identify the email sender correctly. I've since deleted the email so I can't check and it's quite possible that someone else is using CISIN lab's address or something close to it. Reporting scams shouldn't be discouraged just because a legitimate business with a similar name might be offended.

We spent a good deal of time and money having them design software and one day they just stopped communicating with us. They will not return the equipment we sent to them and while they said they could design everything we needed, they just seemed lost at times. Find a reputable company and save yourself the time and wasted money.

Unfortunately, I spent a fortune and a lot of my time with this bad company. They promised a website for very little money, it was trap. Nothing was done, and I paid a fortune. They even treat me really bad. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER A QUALITY OR EVEN DECENT WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Very poor and delayed communication to deal with, the proposal didn't include all the work they require you to do on your website just to get Google ads going for example.
They seem to be a decent team but lack of good organization and focus on the objective.

They took money. Produced NOTHING. So far NO REFUND. Does anyone know a path for seeking justice when dealing with scammers such as CISIN.com? The apparent CEO emailed once and made a promise to investigate but kept silent since.

We have hired their dedicated developers for 2500 hours and they have provided us with the best custom ERP system that has met all our business demands.

Our finance, sales and management teams now have access to the same data which has greatly improved data accuracy, eliminated billing issues and enhanced revenue recognition process.
The best feature with the ERP system that was tailored to our business requirements is the financial reporting tool. Now it has become very handy for us to analyse enterprise income and expenses. Now, we have completely switched over our ERP system from that time-consuming paper-pen based financial records such as general ledger and balance sheets.

Their collaborative approach during the project execution is highly appreciable that has resulted in a practical business solution. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the usability, features and performance of the ERP system provided by CIS along with the excellent support.

I would WARN anyone not to use Cyber Infrastructure (CIS). We have a current e-commerce company; a lot of experience in good and bad tech groups and had CIS develop a new site for us at what seemed to be a reasonable pricing agreement. In the middle of the job, they claimed that certain features that we agreed to were "not covered in the estimation"; total bait and switch and tried to charge us more for features that should have been included in the agreement. Additionally, the work was ALWAYS late. Ultimately, we had to switch to a new tech group and not only found that there were many programming mistakes made by CIS that needed correction, but the additional features needed that they tried to charge us "1100 hours" for; yes 1100 hours I said, only required 90 hours with the new programmers. Basically, while they charged us $10 per hour which was a good rate, they tried to make it up by GROSSLY inflating the number of hours required. This project, which was supposed to take (4) months, resulted in an (8) month mess, which led to us having to seek a new programmer to correct things at an additional expense. If they were based in the U.S., we would sue them for damages. This company relies upon presenting a seemingly very good deal, only to deliver a disgraceful bait and switch to well intentioned people. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The team that was assigned to me was horrible in terms of development capabilities. The quality of work got a 1/10, timelines receives 1/10, customer satisfaction 0/10. I would honestly stay away from this company if you are developing an app.

I hired them to develop a server environment is Joomla and an iOS and Android Apps. We agreed on a price and timeline. It was supposed to be completed in 9 months - 2 years later I gave up, lost tons of money as I was required to pay for their mistakes, and lost marketing opportunity as competitors took more market share.

The say they have a PMS, in fact they sell that as their process but rarely use it. They always say yes yes yes, but have no clue what they are saying yes too nor do they understand when clarification is provided. They have a team lead, and suddevelopers, but the rotation of personnel at that company is really hight, so each time a new developer joins, they break things.

I thought I could develop a quality system with CIS, at a much lower cost then in North America - my BIG mistake.

Do not use CIS if you want a quality product.

We contacted CIS to develop a web portal for our wholesale distribution business. In a business like ours there is a complex sequence of workflows present. Whether it’s the retailers and other wholesale businesses who buy from us or our employees who need to manage all the inventory and orders, everybody has a role to play in allowing this sequence to proceed in a smooth fashion. Our aim was to make it easy and convenient for our customers to connect with us as well as for our employees to fulfill their respective job responsibilities. A comprehensive web portal built for varying user roles seemed the perfect way to do that.

CIS understood what type of application we required for simplifying our business workflows and developed a customized secure and efficient portal to be used by our customers and employees. The whole project took over 6 to 7 months to complete. CIS team integrated multiple functionalities into the system. For example, customers can track their orders through this portal. They can provide feedback and register any issue/complaint on the portal. They can check their order history. Employees can also perform a ton of operations through this portal. They can monitor orders and inventory closely. They can also be easily in touch with customer issues and complaints via this portal and hence quickly resolve them.

We are very happy with the application designed and developed by CIS. The portal is really simple to use. All of the portal’s features have been developed very well. Even in the speed and performance areas, the application is wonderful. I think CIS developers deserve huge praise, because they are just so good at building exactly the software that the customer is looking for! A big thank you to CIS team, you guys are great!
