Anytime there is an issue with my server, my issues get handled so QUICKLY! Cully is the best!

I am using Citadel Servers to host my Arma 3 game server and my experience is quite good. The setup was easy and I was able to start my server without problems. The server runs with good stability and the performance is good even when I'm playing with others. I also like that the control panel is simple and easy to understand.

It helps me manage my Arma 3 server without stress. Everything works well and I am happy with their service. I fully recommend it if you want simple and reliable hosting for Arma 3.

I would like to extend my thanks to Louis and Julian for their quick, honest and informative responses. It was certainly a contributing factor that helped in my decision to subscribe to their services. I don't often reach out to companies because I detest the hard sales tactics but I found their conduct quite the opposite. With their help, I was able to set up an Ark server and I tested it out that evening with a few friends. Thanks again to you both and the team. I will certainly be reccommending Citadel servers in the future.

The service has been pretty decent. I don't really have any complaints there. But the Support is Phenomenal. I'm not that savvy when it comes to this stuff and when i have a question the live support is there immediately and usually has the solution i need. My tickets get answered very quickly and every one of them has been resolved. Citadel has all my servers from here on.

I am terribly inexperienced with running dedicated servers with a host. I usually just do it on my own because I'm relatively savvy with troubleshooting issues, but I really wanted to have multiple servers for Ark: Survival Ascended. The support staff made it so ridiculously easy to set up. I literally submitted a ticket, and they took care of basically everything. I had an issue later with character transfers, and Cully in the little website chat bubble literally sat with me the whole way until it was solved. He even logged into the game servers with me to help me test if it was working properly. I haven't received service like that from any company, period. They have my business any time I need a dedicated game server from now on.

Had no prior knowledge on how setting up a server and was having problems with hytale client. the support staff started the server for me and were really nice. Replied immediately through live chat at 3:00am, they even had multiple people join my server to confirm it was working. really great experience I highly recommend citadel servers for whatever you may need!

best of the best. i have basically zero knowledge of what I am doing for this server. i didn't know the help could be so great. i have gone to live chat seeking help for small things, but the more complicated things i just gave up on cause i couldn't figure them out myself. randomly asked for help and they solved everything i was having trouble with

Bro Kyle from Citadel Servers pulled up like a full-blown archmage in his wizard tower, tech-support crystal ball glowing and everything. Man looked at my busted tModLoader server and fixed it effortlessly, like some Mike Sherm-level swagger spellcaster fr. And when I hit him up again 20 minutes later? Dude was already on speed-dial, ready to bless the realm again.

I had a lot of questions as this was my first time setting up a server. Their customer support was fantastic and managed to help me during every step of the way! Very fast responses and the support person clearly knew a lot about the technical side of things.

24 hours after signing up for the service, I still can't use it. Support just gives me the runaround and doesn't offer a solution to my problem!!!!

Ordered an ARK server with them. The server would not show up for me or my friend, so I contacted support. Support kept blaming me for the issues and was not nice to work with at all. I finally was able to access the server only to find out mods absolutely do not work on their servers. We tried everything, followed their guides, etc. trying to get it to work. Finally gave up and contacted them for a refund because I already wasted too much time on their awful service.

Now they just want to credit my account with them. Uhh, no? Your service is awful I need a credit back to my credit card. I did not receive the promised service and shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get that service.

AVOID THEM. Went with another host, had it up and running in no time with 0 problems so it definitely was NOT me as their customer service tried to say it was.

EDIT: As of January 2026 they are running around trying to fix their 1 star reviews by saying we must have mistaken them for another company. No, I know exactly which company I had issues with, thanks. Another reason to avoid them, they are dishonest and instead of fixing problems just cover them up with gaslighting.

DO NOT use their service, their customer service is only available when you inquire about purchasing, and they will say anything to lure you into trying them out. 3 days Money Back guarantee is a scam, because they would charged you base on your prorated usage, and offer to give you credit for future service Only, telling you is their "Policy". If you refuse their offer, they cancel your account access and hide all the ticket you submitted so you cannot post them on Social media. Beware of this company.

Edit: apparently they contacted all the places where I post the review to provide proof. But the funny thing is they already cancelled my account along with all the information, this is how they PR all their bad reviews.

Bought a Dayz server. Loaded mods. Mods wouldn't work. Asked for refund. They instead sent me several emails begging me to stay and not cancel. When I told them they're acting like a needy ex-girlfriend, they refused to give me a refund. I was the sevice for 12 hours.

Ease of use and hosted perfectly. Our small group of players enjoyed 7 days to die for a few months.

We enjoy the experience and the server side options.

We plan to be back when we pick a new game.
