I would not recommend dealing with this…

I would not recommend dealing with this supplier. My experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.
The sales representative, Katherine, was unhelpful and came across as quite rude in her responses. Most queries were met with short replies like “not have” or simply “no,” with no effort to provide alternatives or proper clarification. When I tried to ask for more information, I was told to find another supplier.
For anyone looking to start a business, I’d suggest being cautious. Good communication and support from suppliers are important, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

Seiko Alpinist Sarb 017

I purchased a new Seiko Alpinist Sarb 017 from them via Ebay. the watch arrived with dust on the dial and conspicuous marks on the case. Luckily, Ebay gave me my money back, but be careful, in my opinion this seller sells second choice items to malfunctioning ones.

Rude sellers and defectuous items

Do not buy from this company from ebay!!
I bought an Seiko Alpinist from them and it kept dying after 7 hours at rest.
This seller sent me a defectuous watch and they will do anything to refuse my return and they won't refund me.

He didn't even answered to my messages.

Do not repeat my mistake , avoid this seller.

Great value, no issues.

Bought a high end watch from Citiwide's ebay outlet, I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews here however it arrived very quickly and at a fraction of the cost of high street prices. Very pleased. Well done Citiwide.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever I bought the watch on ebay the told me that they will send the watch in 3 days and they gave me the tracking number the number was incorrect on royal mail they told me that the package with this number is not in their system and there were no messages from seller 2 days after the item should arrive they sent me the message and say that they didn't send the item and the order was canceled so they gave me the money back after 5 days. but until last day there were saying that the item is on the way and if the shipping will be quick it will arrive until next week and sometimes they didn't even answer my question but only write something with no sense so Messege for everyone stay away from that seller.

The watch I ordered was Casio G-SHOCK Mudmaster GWG-1000 1A3JF

Sold me on free DHL Express Courier delivery then sent by post!

I bought from Citiwide Online and free DHL Express delivery was offered on the auction. I bought it based on this as I needed the item quickly.

Then they sent a "DHL" tracking number that DHL didn't recognise. When I queried it they said it was a postal tracking number, not DHL.

I asked them to refund the difference in what it would have cost them to send via DHL instead of post, and their answer was "there is not extra cost charge for the DHL service".

What weasels... since they don't charge extra for express international courier, they don't have to refund anything if they don't provide it? I don't think so! I'll be opening a formal eBay dispute.

Poor customer service

I wanna buy a gitzo tripod from them and pay by paydollar, but never got reply more than 3 weeks, I tried to contact them in different ways, but still never got any feedback. They never reply on any message either on Facebook or email. The funny thing is, you still receive their edm, but I never subscribe their mail list.

Warranty Waste of Money

Bought a Panasonic Lumix ts3 in Jan 2012 used it a couple of times diving was OK , went snorkeling on the barrier reef and noticed moisture in the lense. Contacted "Mackcam" told me to send to an approved repairer, come back "USER ERROR" . they would not cover the damage. Camera is now scrap after only 3 months, panasonic Australia will not repair as it is imported. Wrote to "CITIWIDE" about purchasing a replacment ........ no reply.
When you purchase from them you have no choice as to the MACKCAM warranty, it is a given.
I have since found it is cheaper to buy in Australia as the warranty is in the price of the item.

BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE....
I just received my fuji s3300, it arrived DEAD ON ARRIVAL. its taken 3 days to get an email response, I have even sent them an email with a 2 minute video showing what is happening to the camera and the response was what batteries am i using? well I replied that i'm using the batteries they supplied with the camera. Yes the batteries are ok I've checked them. Then another 30 hours of waiting for a reply and i received an email asking if i am i putting in the batteries correctly and am i following the instruction book properly. What am i a three year old? I'm not holding out on their warranty which is supposed to be door to door pick up, at this rate it will take 3 weeks for a courier to arrive, and then they will probably say its not a manufacturing fault, AND THEN I'LL BE $90 OUT OF POCKET FOR POSTAGE COSTS.I thought i was buying from an Australian company as they have a .com.au web address, but it turn out they are Hong Kong based, I dont know how my consumer rights will go as they aren't Australian. I wish i had googled their name prior to my purchase. i wont be recommending them to anyone i know.......

VERY "POOR" QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EVEN "POORER" CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a Canon G12 some months ago that arrived without a converter... They said they would send me some gifts to apologise!? When I emailed just asking for the money I out layed for the converter got no response!? Some weeks later the crappy SD card they sent chipped while putting it in to my pc so is no longer readable!? I emailed and asked for it to be replaced but again to no avail!? They make out like they do good deals but don’t! They send out "made in china" rubbish accessories that break soon as you touch them and then back it all up with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

buy somewhere else

I received my 'waterproof' camera and straight away realised it was slowly letting in water. I wrote to them and after sending it off for testing and months of waiting i was told it was not a manufacturer fault and they would not cover it in their warranty. The camera was leaking from the moment it touched water! Their warranty is a scam, spend a few more dollars to buy off a decent company.

Worst company ever

I had my warranty refused and I would have been very surprised if they honoured it because it was a bit sus when every reply I received had if the camera is found to be human error it will not be covered they seemed to overstate this continously. The camera has never been near water and they have classed it as water damage.
Believe me this will not be the last they hear of me I am going to pursue this to the very end they are not going to get away with it as I can see from other posts they have done this regularly.

Do your research

Before you trust in these negative reviews, although problems & mistakes do happen, do more research on the web eg my shopping.com.au & see who you believe? Ive just purchased a FujiF200exr @ half the rec. retail price here in Australia. Had it delivered in A1 con within 5 working days. Couldnt be happier. Ill definitely shop with Citi again.

Worst Ever

I don't think that I can adequately express how disappointed I am with Citiwide. Their payment system was easy, but everything past that point was extremely poor.
Delivery was delayed and not all products ordered were delivered.
To make matter worse, I ordered a 'waterproof' camera which failed on its very first use. The camera was sent back using the warranty stystem only to have both citiwide and Canon refuse the warranty! I am now out of pocket and have no camera to show for it. Their communication through this process was extremely poor.
Citiwide are based in Hong Kong, a point they conveniently forget to mention. They use this to their advantage and hide behind this. English communication is extremely poor. They have NO customer service skills whatsoever.
I can not possibly be more disapointed with Citiwide. Quite simply the worst customer experience ever!!!
