This review is to warn others: Citizen Relations is running a scam operation through their online platform and Crypto.com. I was recruited into a role that was advertised as product data entry to help boost brand visibility online. It promised daily earnings for completing missions – but this was a lie.
After completing a few days of tasks, I was told I had to personally deposit funds to continue working and to "unlock" higher commissions. I was never informed of this requirement at the start. By the time I reached day four, I was told to leave a balance in the account to proceed – and was suddenly hit with a negative balance, which I was instructed to deposit through Crypto.com to continue working.
I was communicating with a woman named Undine Caldwell, who helped arrange partial funding, including £3,000 from herself and £2,000 from a “merchant,”. Once I completed the final mission, my account showed a very large sum of money. The merchant's £2,000 was removed, leaving a balance the remaining balance.
When I followed their instructions to withdraw the money, I was told I did it wrong and that my account was now “at risk.” I was then asked to deposit another 10% of the full balance to unlock the funds – around £4,600 more. I explained I would not pay any more, and was told my situation would be reviewed. Since then, I've received vague responses from customer service saying “management is reviewing the case,” with no progress.
I have written to the CEO, Managing Director, President and other senior leadership, and I have not received a single reply. The silence only reinforces what is now obvious: this is a scam.
No legitimate company requires workers to fund their own earnings or forces them to pay to access commissions. The entire process is designed to trick people into depositing money they will never recover.
Avoid this company at all costs. I have suffered financial loss, stress, and complete silence from the people in charge. If you are being offered a job or asked to participate in missions or deposit funds via Citizen Relations, do not proceed. This is a deceptive and manipulative operation.
