Sorry about the mix up with shipping. Unfortunately because of where you live and the bulkyness of the goods you ordered our courier company charged an additional sum for the delivery.
Of course if you had ordered over £60 delivery would be free.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having but at least you have your goods now. As you can imagine we send out a lot of parcels and the couriers are usually very good. We have made the head office aware of you issues and they are looking into the driver in question with a view to possibly making changes.
