Worst service always delayed
Worst service always delayed, my currently parcel from Shopee seller to Citilinkexpress took 2 days to reach JB (my place). Then it says: delivery failed: other reason.
How can it fail when parcels are stored at guardhouse 24/7 PLUS there is also a parcel area on the side of my condo where they can just throw there.
Then today is the 5th day sitting in JB after parcel failed, doing nothing reported Cust service, they merely directed to shopee citiexpress which further delayed and no news till the 5th day.
Useless useless contrary to their false promise of being the best, efficient, bla bla BS

Slow service (Citylink Kuching, Sarawak). why they keep my parcel since 18 April 2026 and today 22 April 2026. The reason is “weather related”. I don’t see any weather disasters in Kuching.

Absolutely useless courier service
Absolutely useless courier service. My item has been stuck since 9th April without any movement, even after reaching the local distribution center. I called repeatedly, and every single time I was given the same lazy excuse “no driver available.” That is not my problem.
It took an entire week just to deliver, finally arriving on 15th April. On top of that, the customer service is terrible, my calls were clearly being cut off on purpose simply because I kept following up on an item that hadn’t moved for days.
Unacceptable service, poor accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.
