If u need storage go for citylink. They love to store your package for several days then only send for delivery. Customer service also not helpful.

I was so worry after seeing so many bad comments & complain about Citi-link express services.
Today I personal experience the service. Item ship from Ipoh to Kelang received in next day. That was awesome fast. The handling is superb. I definitely will support their service again. Thanks to all Citi-link crew members. Keep it up guys.

always extend the date they parcel out, it should be received in day one but i have to wait until day 5. just because of their laziness make our inconvenience. they should change their name to cityblock

City Link ask for me to pay RM200 deposit to open a business account. So I filled in the forms and paid. After I paid, they said they need RM500 before I can open an account. I said RM500 deposit is too much for a domestic delivery account. Even DHL and Fedex don't ask for a deposit. So I ask them to refund my RM200 and cancel my application.

Since then, they have been ignoring me. I have called their customer service multiple times and they keep asking me to wait. The salesperson I spoke to has not been able to solve this problem. My emails to customer service have been ignored. It has been more than a month and no one has contacted me.

This is a dishonest company that cheated me of RM200 before I even sent a single parcel.

buy goods in shopee.because the shopee system no longer allows buyers to choose the courier.and automatically courier city link selected.but the service from city link is very disappointing.goods are stored in the warehouse for too long and no delivery process is made.is inconvenient for buyers. this makes me feel bored to buy at the shopee. because of the bad service from the city link. while the other couriers, although there is a slight delay, but still acceptable

Very poor service,poor manner,lack of responsibility and stupid excuse by City Link Kelantan (Pasir Mas). Don’t want to use service from City Link anymore due to this bad experience. I think city link better close the operations if can’t deliver the service as expected by customers

my parcel went missing!! a very important document if I may add. called and got transferred all over the place for 15 minutes in the end told me it was delivered ... to the wrong person. pls do NOT use this.

worse customer service. items can be delayed till 2 weeks. not missing but delayed. use J&T express better. fast and efficient

Horrible delivery speed, dirty storage hub, irresponsible delivery service. Sellers, please avoid using city-link if you're sending livestock, plants or fragile items.

Stuck at one place for almost 2 weeks and my parcel received with plastic torn & everything inside is a mess!!!! My money all wasted for this!!

why morning 9.15am call few time and 5.45pm call until 6.10pm always line buzy line buzy!!! after no line buzy but always didt pickup customer service phone.
