Solar panels delivered very quickly, unfortunately 1 was broken. Customer services sorted me out and a replacement delivered a couple of days later.

allow 72 hours for the 10% discount to apply
I signed up as a new customer and your staff were extremely helpful including trying to find the answer themselves, because i was unable to get the 10% discount, but it was only when i rang head office that i learnt 72 hours has to be allowed before being able to apply the discount

Arrived broken,looking at the reviews,you have not learned with the amount of people who complain about broken ones on delivery,They need packing properly,not just a thin piece of bubble wrap.Also left to sort out collection myself,had to chase for confirmations of my emails etc....not impressed, won't be using again.

Great service, had ordered a TCO thermal switch for a shower unit but had gotten the model number slightly wrong, the guy at City Plumbing quickly refunded that one and gave me the correct version, installed and shower is all working well now, thanks.
