Without the reviews on TripAdvisor I would have totally bypassed your Tour. There is absolutely no information about the tour on your website except reviews there. I had to enter the chat box to find the tour I wanted to sign up for. Just awful.

Our guide, Amber, was awesome. Very knowledgable and patient. This is a great tour. You won’t be disappointed!

Riding a Segway is a blast! Our French Quarter tour with June was fabulous! She is definitely a wealth of information. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hour tour of New Orleans.

After submitting my payment, I had a question about the tour. I received a response in less than 10 minutes...on a Sunday morning! Excellent job by Fat Tire and City Segway Tours.

easy to book, no problems except that i couldn't use 2 groupons at the same time so had to book them separately.

We recently booked and enjoyed the 3 hour city tour. Our tour guide June was top notch! The tour was filled with the right amount of history and the right amount of fun and was a great adventure! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

What an awesome experience!

Amber was such a great guide. It was just my husband and I for the tour and Amber did a great job of making the experience personal. We learned a lot and got to see so much. Such a cool experience!

The training and segways were fine and fun, however, we had 4 teenagers with one adult on the trip, the teenagers were not listening to instructions, 2 displayed they couldn't ride well, and continued to do what they were instructed not to do and ended our tour with less than 1/2 of it completed, when the two teens who continued to display they couldn't ride well, collided. I'm thankful they were fine, but it ended up that we all had to end our trip early, and nothing was offered - $60 each for my husband and I, which we lost at least half the cost, when our trip ended after an hour (which included instruction time).

The company did offer to put us on another tour, AFTER we said something, but wasn't until that evening - it was our last full day and rain was coming in, we had already spent a ton of time and money on ubers, taxi's, etc to get to and from where we were staying and we didn't want to stay in the area for another 5 hours trying to find something to do, when we already explored that area.

Easy booking. Only issue is there wasn't a notice that said you could only book 2 weeks in advance, so had to keep checking back until my date was available to select.

Jordan was most helpful, polite and informative while assisting me in booking my bicycle tour! We are really looking forward to it!

The first half of this tour was excellent. About halfway into the tour however, one of the bikes in our group broke down. The entire group was asked to wait for close to an hour in an attempt to fix it. Eventually a new bike was delivered. By that time however, it was too late to see all of the remaining locations and parts of the trip were just outright skipped. When we arrived back at the office, there was no mention of the problem at all, not even a simple apology or any attempt to make it right. I do not fault City Segway Tours for something going wrong, that is bound to happen, especially with a bike. How you manage a problem however is what counts. Not only was there no plan in place for an error, there seemed to be no understanding of the impact it had on the tour participants (both waiting for an hour and missing parts of the tour). Seeing DC by bike is a great idea, just not with a company unwilling to take ownership for mistakes.

This was our 3rd time with City Segway Tours (2 times in Chicago, once in New Orleans) and we had another amazing tour!! We have also done the day and night Fat Tire Bicycle tours in Paris and LOVED both! Thank you for showing us all these wonderful cities have to offer with great guides and incredible expertise!!!!

First time segway rider feels like a pro! There was no better way to see the most NOLA has to offer than on a segway - zip through streets, zip around crowds, and feel the breeze on your face. Loved it. Our guide was fantastic and the tour company was sure to give us a good how-to before we went on our city tour. We will be booking with City Segway Tours in DC and other areas we visit in the future!

Awesome way to see the monuments in DC in a 3 hour timeframe. Totally suitable for those in fair shape to great shape.We enjoyed listening to our tour guide he was helpful and informative.

The whole process was extremely efficient. I accidentally booked my sister as well and had to cancel it - cancellation process for her was just an email to them with immediate response. You can't ask for any better than that.
