Never again! I booked a year in advance to stay in Milton Keynes because that’s where I needed to be hence booking in advance and then 2.5 weeks before I was due to stay they contacted me to say that they have to cancel my booking due to overbooking. They said they had another apartment to stay at in a different town if I wanted it. Absolute joke!
