Had a fab trip despite the weather not being great, a lot of drop of points but not tedious the right amount of time at each stop, Dave was our guide and was extremely knowledgable and funny , left about 8.50 am and back at 5.50 pm would recommend this as good value for money

We had a fantastic day out on the Giant's Causway trip. It's great value for money, packed with things to see: beautiful Carrickfergus, the stunning Antrim coast and countryside, the dramatic Dark Hedges, the tragically lovely Dunluce Castle and the magnificent Giant's Causeway. We were entertained, informed and looked after by our characterful driver, Dave. He looked out for all his travellers and ensured their comfort and enjoyment. I can't recommend Dave, or this trip, highly enough.

A great Belfast hop on/off city tour experience with informative, entertaining Caribbean driver..! Brilliant customer care service (Chris) after I left a bag on bus.. It was found and I was able to pick up later at end of tour.!

Dave the driver was first class. He took us from Belfast to the Giant's Causeway today. We all agreed that he was very informative, very warm, very helpful and very funny. We learnt a lot about the history of the areas we passed through and he was as entertaining as the sights.

I had a query Saturday night about the Sunday tour, I emailed them around 8pm, and Chris mailed back within the hour. Really impressed.

This company isn't the one I wanted to use.... They accost you on the square and escort you to the bus to make sure you get on.
The commentary didn't seem as good as I would have expected.
They didn't stop at the stops shown on the map they give you unless you ring the bell, this seems rather odd.
Make sure you use the official tour bus which is probably a better thing for a few extra pounds.

Had a great day today on the giants causeway tour with Lisa tour guide and Tony the driver. Lots of interesting information and great stories shared. The journey was very smooth and pick ups at each stop on time

Terrible service. Meant to be collected by a black cab at 9am on a Sunday for the political tour and it never turned up. When we called the office we were told the driver was stuck in traffic but that was clearly a lie as we were then told that the driver was at the hotel waiting! Given we had been there since 08.30 that wasn’t the case at all. One thing is letting people down but when it turns into a lie that’s deceiving. They refunded us quickly but that’s really not the point, I wouldn’t use them again, nor would I recommend them

I will share my frustration and disappointment from my experience in the bus tour belfast because the driver definitely failed to do the normal procedure of checking the bus right after the tour and before the new group of passenger getting in the bus. I am 100% sure and definite it's in the bus because I have footage of videos and photos when we get in and get off the bus. We were the last passenger who get off and I was the last person as well who took the video while getting off the bus and we took pictures after which you can see that I don't have my pink sling bag with me. I have a picture and videos that I have the sling bag with me before getting in and while we are inside the bus I have videos and photos that my bag is just beside me on the chair at the end of the top deck. There's only one reason that I could say that the bus driver failed to do the safety procedure that he should check the bus before he let another group of passenger to come in.

This is not a great experience as a tourist and will definitely NOT trust this bus tour for safety reasons.

I was overcharged by £66 for my solo ticket. A week later and I still have not had a refund. The driver apologised straight away and said he could not do the refund, but to tell his daughter, who also works for the company. She photographed my ticket and sent it with my phone number and email to her manager Chris, and assured me I would be refunded. No refund, no contact since - I have tried phoning and leaving message.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a bus tour with Belfast City Tours, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized and enjoyable.

A special shoutout goes to Christie and Lisa-Claire, who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions with patience and provided us with valuable insights about various stops. Their professionalism and warmth made a significant difference, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well-informed.

The tour itself was fantastic, offering a perfect balance of sightseeing, relaxation, and entertainment. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to explore a variety of interesting locations without feeling rushed.

Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy an stress-free and delightful bus tour. The excellent service from Christie and Lisa-Claire truly made our trip memorable!

Booked on line before our trip to Belfast. All easy and straight forward. The itinerary was great for a taster of County Antrim and the coastal road. If you book, sit on the drivers side for the best views of the coastal road. We took a packed lunch but they do a stop for lunch where you can buy a buffet lunch or there is small cafe selling sandwiches and toasties. Giants causeway is a long walk down if you have health issues but there is a bus to take you there. Don't bother paying for the visitors centre.Timing are prefect and our driver Stuart was excellent in both his driving and commentary through out the day. Lovely comfy coach. Great if you a "Thronie"! A tedious if you have never watched the Game of Thrones but Stuart explained why they combine the tour and as for us, it gave a great overall view of this part of Northern Ireland. Definitely recommended and pick up point right in the city centre.

Fantastic trip on this hop on hop off bus. Staff really friendly and helpful and our driver Hugh gave lots of entertainment with telling us all about the route. Great fun.

We went on the Giant’s Causeway Tour in August 2022. The guide and driver were excellent, the scenery outstanding and we had plenty of time to explore the Giant’s Causeway (2 hours) along with discovering other parts of the North East Coast. The Guide in particular was very informative and funny and gave us very interesting insights into the Irish culture and people. I highly recommend this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Darren our guide. It is amazing to see how far the city has come from the troubles. Darren gave us a completely unbiased view of the events that went on during that time. With his energy you could tell he had a passion and love for his job as a guide. Would highly recommend.

I bought a couple of tickets from City Tours Belfast. I wish I hadn’t. As my friend and I showed signs a flu, we decided it was best not to go. I kindly asked City Tours for a reimbursement. I perfectly understand this is not always possible. Having said that, I wish City Tours Belfast could at least answer the email I sent about it more than a week ago.

We went on the Giants Causeway and Rope Bridge Walk with Game of Thrones combined. The scenery was outstanding and the information provided by our guide Michael was very impressive. great value for money

When booking the tickets on their official website it clearly said that the bus operates every 30 minutes. I waited with all my family on a cold, windy day for 50 minutes and the bus never arrived. There is another, competitor service which arrived twice within that time! I called them twice and each time I've been told that the bus operates every 45 minutes (!) and it will arrive in the next 10 minutes and that there is traffic in the city causing delay. I finally gave up and took public bus - there was no traffic in the city whatsoever!
I called them and asked for refund. They ask to send an email. I sent two - one directly to their email account and another via website - no response.
For anyone planning a visit in Belfast I highly recommend public buses which are cheap, operate every few minutes and are very convenient and if you really prefer a tour bus then use the other provider, you can google it.

Shady, dangerous tour company. Their tour bus broke down on the first stop of the "Game of Thrones" tour from Belfast and the A/C went out. The front office told the drive on speakerphone that they knew the bus wasn't fit to go out due to engine overheating, but they proceeded anyway. The driver said we had to stop or the engine could overheat/explode. They told us we would get switched to a new bus, but that never happened. We resumed driving in the same dangerous bus almost an hour and a half later, red lights on the dashboard and all. Because of their negligence, we missed almost half the stops on the tour. The tour guide, Moira, tried to deny that the A/C had broken while we were still on the bus with hot air pouring out of the vents! When I filed a complaint, they responded to the tour booking company that I was a no-show! This is a deceptive and shady company that should not be trusted. They do not own the buses they rent out and will not hesitate to send groups out on dangerous, cramped, unsafe coaches. I took pictures to show the lights on the dash, the license plate, and the driver/tour guide speaking outside the bus when it broke down from my seat.

Edit: The company has resorted to trying to discredit this on several sites, even with photo evidence. Look up Diamond Leisure Transport Ltd for pictures of the breakdown.
