Simply .....Superb Customer Service !

I just want to say a huge thank you to Michael and his team for their help in making High Sheriff replacement ribbons and bows for the very sad prospect of LB potentially occurring, during my year in office.
It is a very long time since I have experienced customer service quite like I have received from Michael, there is only one word that I can use and that is 'outstanding' - from our very first conversation right through to the delivery of the top quality items - a huge and sincere thank you to you all and my very best wishes for the success that you absolutely deserve.
