I booked a Level 3 survey with C J Bloor following the positive reviews online. Really smooth process. Everything you need to know if on the website, it’s very informed, and accurately explains the process. The booking was automated and very prompt, we received reminders leading up to the survey, our estate agents were informed when it went ahead, and the survey report was received in the given time frame. The report is really easy to read and is broken down in a way which is understandable. Very useful and worth the money spent.

The survey was completed and questions were answered, the report completed within 48 hours and delivered by email as an attachment. Photos of the main places where issues were found made it easier to appreciate the description and location. I had not appreciated the complexity of all the highlighted points but feel confident that with the right contractor solutions will be found.

Detailed Level 3 Survey

The survey we had was detailed and any information not in the survey the surveyor was happy to provide upon speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable and the survey was turned around in a much shorter time frame than other firms quoted
