CJ Bloor were very professional and proficient in the provision of their service. They were also extremely helpful in clarifying any points of issue that were raised from their report.

Would definitely recommend CJ Bloor. They were helpful talking me through the different types of survey. The survey report itself was really well laid out and pitched at the right level to a non surveyor, with photos and an illustrative diagram with helpful terms explained. I had some questions about the report and they were really helpful in answering those over the phone as well. We would absolutely use them again.

The survey and report seems detailed and thorough. After a follow up email I was able to contact someone at the offices who talked me through the results in more detail and enabled me to make a decision on which elements of the report required negotiation over the price of the property with the sellers.

Reviews don’t lie! We googled local surveyors and these guys popped up, saw the reviews and used the online platform to get a quote. It was slightly higher than others but it was what I’d been expecting for a level 3.

Booked in for 2 weeks in advance and got it back 3 days after, very thorough and exactly what we wanted, gave us advice and told us the questions to ask the vendor which has put our mind at ease.

We used CJ Bloor for a RICS valuation and they were brilliant from start to finish. They were super helpful on the phone, documents were sent over quickly and really easy to make payment. They also fit us in within days, were on time and produced the report well within the agreed timeframe. I have no complaints they did a great job and would 100% recommend.

Received a call from the surveyor before they carried out a survey to discuss any concerns etc, good service. Report was thorough, the photos that came with it were handy as spotted things we would never have noticed. Hasn't put us off buying the property but gives us a clearer idea of things to sort out when we do move.
