Have used CJ Charles several times to service and mend the boiler. Would highly recommend.

A quick service from calling the office to the job being done. The job turned out to be easier and quicker than expected. Also done another job for me whilst Colin and Carl were here. Overall happy with the service received and very clean and tidy. Would recommend. Thank you.

Service appointment made and sadly boiler condemned which was not really a surprise as 17 years old. Thorough service and everything explained.
One freezing cold week later Colin and team arrived to fit chosen Worcester boiler. Worked efficiently, left no mess, all explained again and next service will be included . Total price for boiler and all else needed included .
Left review for several weeks but no problems !

Really clean,professional service .They explained everything really clearly and were absolutely fantastic with our array of animals !
We have a Romanian rescue dog who is nervous around new people and the work men were fantastic around her making her feel safe and calm .They also made sure they shut doors over etc so our other pets didn't get out .This meant so much and helped hugely !
The engineers were polite,friendly and told me where they'd be ,what they were working on etc so I could move the dogs safely .
I would definitely recommend this company to other people -especially those with rescue animals etc to consider .They were superb ! A+

Had boiler fitted years ago, had no problems, they service it every year, engineers always arrive on time and are polite and tidy and leave everything as found, today was sent text engineer was on way arrived 5mins later. Would highly recommend C J Charles and have done when ever asked if I know of a good heating service. Thanks to Colin today for servicing boiler and showing us how to change time. 🙂

We recently asked CJ Charles Heating and Plumbing for a price to replace an old central heating system in our house. We were impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of Colin Charles when he came to look at the work involved and although his was not the least expensive quotation, we had total confidence in his company’s ability to undertake the work to a high standard.

We were not disappointed. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and we are very happy with the result. They have been attentive at all times and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to any friends and/or family needing their services.

This firm installed our new Worcester Bosch boiler today.
Our experience from the first contact with them to quote for the jobs until their leaving after completing the installation today has been excellent. And their price was very competitive too.
Colin came to do the survey and provide the quotation. He was able to give sound advice about our requirements and provided a couple of alternatives for us to choose from re the size of the boiler.
Craig and Carl came today to do the installation and were brilliant. They were punctual, courteous and completed their work with the minimum of fuss. They used overshoes every time they entered the house and left everywhere in a clean, tidy condition - just as they found it.
And we are already benefiting from the new boiler - the house is lovely and warm and radiators that have struggled to get warm in recent times are piping hot.
I would definitely recommend this company and would happily recommend them
