This Company applies hidden costs to final bill that are not readily explained and although might be hidden within a client care letter do not disclose this when recommending an action.
How can they justify charging over 4 (four) times the cost of an Indemnity Policy for arranging it.
Not fair and reasonable.
In addition the Blackwood office are very slow in replying to emails and are not proactive in keeping you informed.
Overall very poor service and do not recommend for conveyancing matters.

CJCH's Blackwood office has been by far the best experience.
