Avoid at all costs. I have been harassed for weeks asking for payment of fees for a cheque from RBS that I am still waiting to receive!! Every phone number listed is constantly engaged or they don’t answer and Every email I reply to gets ignored...... shocking company would not recommend.

Recieved a letter from them and an invoice regarding a PPI payout, I hadn't recieved a letter from the company to let me know I was due one so I called to check and ask for a copy of the offer letter.
A week later was called to say invoice and offer confirmation was sent out by mistake and nothing is due - I had booked a holiday based on the payment.............
Waiting for call back from a Manager and also going to the Ombudsman about it.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless , I had a claim paid out in 2018 and paid their fees . Received a letter today threatening court action if I didn’t pay their fees in full ( paid it ) ! I’ve called them and all I’ve got from them is oh sorry it’s an error . Funny that because the letter is dated 7/1/2020 ( yesterday) , yet when I’ve called today they say oh yes it’s come up as an error . Disgraceful behaviour on their part . I shall hope some sort of apology will be issued regarding the stress & upset this has caused me .
They prey on the poor
Claim Hunters are scamming people as they do the bare minimum for 20%. They should go the way of so many payday lenders. Bankrupt the executives of these companies who prey on the poor. I see you are now sharing your bed with Newlyn, one of the worst bullies in the Bailiff industry.
Absolute joke!
After starting the claims process I heard nothing from this company until 10months later when I recieved an email stating my claim had been successful and I was now required to pay their fee,however I had not recieved any correspondence or payments from them or the bank.I contacted them immediately to explain that I had moved out of the property listed on their records and I had not recieved any redirected mail.They advised me to contact my bank directly to update my address and request that the cheque be cancelled and re issued which they initially agreed to do.I updated claimhunters and was told that I would not need to pay their fee until I recieved payment. Unfortunately this took another 13months as the original cheque which had been posted to my previous address was stolen,illegally altered and fraudulently cashed!! I told claimhunters that I had been a victim of identity fraud,I reported the incident to the police and asked claimhunters to help but as far as they were concerned they had completed their work on my behalf and proceeded to demand payment,they harrassed me via email and telephone. I repeatedly explained that I fully intended to pay their fee as soon as the matter had been sorted out but the threatening emails continued and they have since referred the matter to a debt recovery agency who have also added a fee!! I wish I had never heard of this company as theyve caused me no end of stress!!

Would not recommend or use them again,had two cases only got money for one.Nothing is worth months and months of being hounded by them,the effect they have had on me is frightened,vulnerable and constantly harassed by them for money.I suffer from various health conditions and have learning disabilities,simply want this nightmare to end and to feel like I can live again.

terrible company i have been unable to contact them on any numbers that they have and never get through i have requested they make contact and i am still waiting. initially i was told i had won a claim for over £551 but then was told that i would be getting two cheques one for £32.68 and another for £146.79 and had to pay fees of £10.36 and £36.00 but have only recieved one cheque and no one to discuss it further worst company ever stay clear.

Absolute joke of a company emailed me to say they have won my ppi claim for £17 (hahaha) and im to pay them £5 when the cheque clears. I have never received the cheque after at least 3 weeks now and i have sent them several emails. I have had over a dozen letters and emails demanding this money it to be paid yet first email stated once the cheque has cleared. I keep telling them i am not paying this money as i have no cheque and i only actually sent these forms in because they sent letter after letter email after email several calls a day asking me about ppi so signed to get them of my back. They are so desperate for £5 which i have again emailed today telling them no cheque and if the company is so desperate for this £5 i shall pay it just to get them of my back PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HELL

I received a letter from RBS on about a recent PPI query I had submitted. When I rang to check this I was told Claim Hunters had done this on my behalf. I have never heard of them and had not done anything with them to start a claim. Not happy.

Absolutely awful had to chase numerous times for months to be only told I wasn’t entitled with generic responses! Was told would have a response with 8 weeks took over 20 weeks to have a first response. Only after chasing was told two out of the three places I had claimed had been disapproved! Have since gone somewhere else to be told I am entitled’ would a 100% not rely on this

Avoid at all costs!!!! 1st applied over 1 year ago and still waiting.... they take days to reply 2 ur emails and wen they do u get fobbed off with lies and excuses! Absolute cowboy company and i would go with anyone else but them!!! Even tried to tell me they were waiting on a company getting back to them for me and I didn't even have any thing with them?!?! Would be funny if it wasnt so frustrating! Really wish I had went else where!

Still trying to claim with them, had 2 small claims but do prewarn you once you get someone email you, try to email them back and you never get a reply, seem to give up on cases very easily too, I orignally started using them in June 2018 and a year later still got 3 or 4 cases outstanding, excuses requests for further info and then totally blank you in follow up, refused to recommend to anyone and in truth even now contemplating just forgetting about em and using a better company as time runs down

Awful company rude as soon you get a cheque they don't leave you alone phone calls e emails chasing you for there commission threatening with court action with there first communication glad they only got one ppi back I I managed to do the rest myself.

I wrote a review a couple of days ago praising this company. However they sent me an invoice and within 24 hrs demanding payment over the phone and then by email. The funds havent cleared in my account yet
Total Con barely legal behavior Disgust service and liars
Disgusting company we asked for info fees etc they followed up with a call we said 'not interested in their service ' and claimed ourselves through moneybox. Then they contact us weeks later wanting a fee we supply evidence that we made the claim not them (twice as they lost all record as someone left) they agree that we did say not interested in your service and that we didn't sign & return the paperwork they sent but are still pursuing.They will not supply anything in writing as they are a phone based company and conveniently never have any record of previous calls. They call and threaten my registered disabled husband weekly despite us asking only to be contacted via email as my husband also suffers with anxiety and depression and I work full-time so can't take calls at work. This company uses threats and intimidation to gain money for doing nothing absolute con DO NOT USE!

They do charge about 25% but they did all the leg work, finding accounts etc, and I'm still a few grand better off than I was.
If you can be bothered doing all the hard work yourself then you'll obviously end up with a good few quid more, but if you're too busy and fancy an easier method I'd definitely recommend these.
