I am still waiting to receive my order…
I am still waiting to receive my order and have emailed customer service three times with no response as yet. Having purchased the tracksuit I have been informed that I need to pay DHL £55 in duty/taxes which I was not informed of when I purchased the item and would not have bothered as it’s half the price on top of what I’ve already paid!!! I would have just bought it from the shop in the UK!!
Please advise as to what you are going to do about this as I am not prepared to pay an additional £55 in import duty for a tracksuit that’s cost me £100!!!

First of all, we find it very unfortunate that import costs have to be paid due to Brexit.
Unfortunately, this is something over which we have no influence whatsoever.
We also did not receive any emails before Saturday, November 4. We responded today since we are closed on weekends.
Our website also indicates that import costs may be charged for countries outside Europe.

on dpd they told they deliverd the package by the neighbors but they never got anything and after a few emails to the company i still have no package and still waiting for answer
