I sent this bouquet as a surprise for a friend. She was delighted with them.

I ordered the Rose & Freesia Bouquet via Amazon , the Flowers were really well packaged just a HUGE SHAME that the bouquet didn't match the Photo on Amazon or even Clare Florist's own Web site. On taking the Bouquet out of the box it was to discover it only comprised of Five Roses , Two stems of Freesia's , One stem of Solidaster and One Stem of Hypericum. Having been Housebound for the Past Five Years due to Health & Mobility issues Buying Flowers is one Joy I have so that we have additional colour in our home, But these Flowers were a complete disaster .

I had the most amazing bouquet of flowers delivered today from a very dear friend. The packaging and care that has been put into them is superb.

Had a delivery issue and rectified quickly, great customer service.

Just arrived to see my mother in her care home and was disappointed to see her bed side flowers, ordered by my brother in Australia. Arrived 2 days ago and are wilting and looking awful. Photos available on request. CLA-19100237/981108.

Very disappointed with the flowers. They were old and wilting, not fresh and in bud as they stipulated. They advertised roses and freesias in yellows and instead there were carnations and red roses loosing the petals.
It arrived on time, but I felt as if had been scammed.

After contacting Customer Support via email stating the facts and expressing my disappointment, Claire Flowers sent and immediate apology and the reassurance that they would look into the matter in more detail.
I was very satisfied with their prompt answer, professionalism and caring attitude towards the customer. They made me feel reassured and also kindly offered to dispatch the correct item within a week.

Ordered the winter sunshine with extra stems for a friend recovering from surgery.
Very disappointed with the arrangement and quality for nearly £40! Certainly no thought put into the selection and some stems wilting within a few days.
Delivery on time is the best I can say!

My password was queried and I had to reset I did NOT forget it!.on my account country was shown as GB not Australia.It still showed GB on my PayPal payment.

Flowers arrived this afternoon but was told no card was added in with the order, however i was assured by the sender it was. Also no feed was in the parcel as there should have been. Roses were wide open so i do not know how much longer they will last. some heads were broken, although that could have happened on the journey from the shop. overall the flowers were very pretty and bearing in mind i had returned from hospital it was still lovely to receive them.
